I’m so excited to introduce you to the 30 Hard Challenge! I’ve created challenges in the past that only focus on the fitness piece.. this time we are taking a look at other aspects of our health lives and building new habits over the next 30 days. In this video I go over the 6 rules of the 30 Hard challenge, how you can modify them to fit your busy life, and I go into detail for each of the rules to give you a framework for how to approach each rule in a meaningful and balanced way. In 30 days I will be posting my results video and hope you will do the challenge with me!!

Thank you Rachel tomorrow is my last day on this 30 day hard challenge. I really enjoyed it. I started doing your workouts January 2 and completed 3 28 day challenges and now almost this challenge. I have lost 36 pounds with the help of your sessions. I see a big difference from when I lost weight before without working out and this time around with your workouts! I tried taking a few other Pilates from other trainers, but found yours most valuable as you incorporate, warm-up and stretching as well as a mixture of workouts. 🙏 thanks again

Rachel, I am so excited to do this challenge - I have posted in the past re: my fitness journey and what I've been doing since the New Year with you: to sum - I'm on my 3rd 28 day challenge, this month doing your Pilates X Strength challenge and I am loving it! Given various injuries over the past 1 1/2 yrs, I recently told my husband that I have not felt this strong since 9/2022. Having to take a picture of me every day will probably cause me depression. I've inherited my grandmother's hormone problem.
Not sure what I would read.
I have a replacement hip and two knees so walking outside might be hard. It will be different when the pool is open.

I just finished the wall pilates 28 day beginner class and am excited to do this challenge! I also did most of the workouts of the regular 28 day pilates challenge and enjoyed it. I don't notice any changes in my body other than much more flexibility, which is great in itself, and am really excited to do this 30 days of the hard challenge. Thank you, Rachel for providing these great workouts!

This is the 4th 30 day challenge of yours ive done since January. Your workouts are perfect for me, I really wanted to improve my core strength and flexibility. I've lost about 10 lbs and no longer have to cross my legs to sneeze ( which was my goal). Today I start this one. I wanted to say I've never been a drinker. I had an MRI at the VA a couple of months ago and the doctor told me I didn't even have any aging markers ( I'm in my 50s) I attribute that totally to not drinking. So try to keep that up, it will pay in dividens later. Also your kids are always watching. They do what you do, not so much what you say. Try water with cucumbers it is so refreshing.

Where do we find the 30 day challenge workouts?
I have read a lot of nonfiction books, but my two favorites are ‘The Last Lecture’ and ‘10 Rules for Life’. They give tons of advice that I use in my everyday life.

thank you, I loved everything you said in this video. I’m in, I’m not sure I will make it in 30 days, I do pilates 3 times a week when I have enough time (I do daily yoga instead) but I’ll do my best
Absolutely! Just make a few small changes, doesn’t need to be rigid or “perfect”.. I expect I won’t be perfect but I’ll try my best each day and won’t beat myself up if I can’t do it all 😊

I'm in! Byron Katie's "Loving what is" is a great way to reset your thinking. She's got some great videos on UA-cam. I also loved Allen Carr's book "The easy way to control your alcohol". "Tapping the healer within" by Roger J Callahan is a great way to learn and immediately implement short tapping exercises to better handle stress, anxiety, depression, guilt etc

Everyone should read the book EAT IT by jordan syatt and Michael vacanti. It teaches you that there are no good or bad foods and you just need to be in a caloric deficit. Very very helpful for me when I was doing 75hard.
I don’t see the hard version. I see the light version linked on both. Would love to follow the hard one. Just want to thank you…your videos are my favorite. I started in December with wall pilates then moved on to your strength challenge. After that tried a couple other things - one being alo moves but I hated it. So thank you for these workouts.

Hi Rachel I've finished the 30 day hard challenge now and feeling quite proud of myself! I feel more energised and have started to notice more muscle tone which is great and have got into a good routine exercising in the morning and getting more water in. Your challenge has made me appreciate the benefits of daily discipline and building new good habits and I've lost some weight too. I can't thank you enough xx

I love this!!! Thank you so much for creating this. I’ve done the 75 hard before and didn’t enjoy it very much. I don’t drink alcohol and drink plenty of water so that part was easy but I found it too stringent. Some book recommendations I have are Breaking the habit of being yourself or Becoming Supernatural by Dr Joe Dispenza, also The untethered soul or the surrender experiment by Michael A Singer.
My partner and I are looking forward to doing this 30 hard challenge. ❤

Wanting to do the 30 day challenge. Doing Pilates due to age, mental health and because I have osteoporosis.

But I have question about exercises. I have downloaded Hard Challenge Plan and watch the videos, but couldn't understand how to put them together for each day. Because after 1,2,3,4,5th day workout videos I see some videos show exercises for day 4 to day 18 , or day 3 to day 15 . Or I can just choose anything from exercise list and combine them ? How it usually works?

I find if I go long enough without junk food and sweets, I just don’t even crave it anymore. I end up preferring healthy food.
I love your workouts but it is impossible to find the list for each series on your page. It is scrambled and since you wear a different outfit every time, there is no way to see what workout goes with which series
I’m sorry to hear that. Every challenge has its own calendar that can be downloaded and you can click the picture and get immediately to the workout if you are working out on a tablet or phone. If it’s on your tv, you search me on UA-cam, click my circle picture to go to my profile and you’ll see each challenge organized in what’s called a playlist. Every challenge video is numbered and there are colored badges that indicate which video goes to what challenge. I hope that helps and if u are looking for a particular challenge playlist let me know and I can send it to you
