To be honest I'm rooting against dubois because I don't think his record should earn him a second title shot. Losses to Joyce and Usyk and his only significant win being against a miller without his ped stamina

Hrgovic has been inactive, fighting tin cans just to get by, and I had Zhang beating Hrgovic. Dubois was injured in one loss, then lost to one of the top two heavyweights of the moment. To me this is a fair crack, should be a good fight.

I just want to give mad respect to Deontey Wilder for getting right back out there and fighting again, although I have to be honest that Joseph Parker had his number that particular night. I'm still and always will be a fan of Wilder a tried and true warrior not just in the boxing ring but in life! Keep it movin Wilder!!!

This is just an opinion, and I'm not having a go, but I would think having larger facial features ( lips, nose , brow) is a disadvantage in boxing.
I have no evidence at all, but it just seems logical that it will be easier to get chopped up with those features. Aka Dubois.

Usyk endured at least 15 low blows and still won every minute of every round, played pinball with Du Bois' head, dropped him twice and made him quit in the 9th. On that performance, Du Bois doesn't belong in the same ring as Usyk.

67 yr old Ortiz is probs Wilders best wins, but he was losing majority of the rounds in both fights until he clipped Ortiz,
so pretty much all 3 of them havnt had a credible win, But seeing how much longer Wilder has been around compared to the other guys and how long he was champion he probs has the worst record out of all of them 🤔
Of the three, hrgovic has the best ring iq and ability
Hrgović will beat Dubois IMO.
Nah Dubois lost every round and could not get up from the jab of a much smaller, lighter man. He also got a chance to rest and recover stamina himself during the pause. Thats all with Usyk not being as agile due to the wet ring. Dubois had everything stacked in his favour and still lost in the most decisive way.

Reminds me of how David Haye was actually the favorite to win against Klitschko in the UK lol. Eastern europeans really had to do more to get half the chances brits did and even when Usyk beat AJ twice people still care way more for AJ.
I really don't rate Dubois very highly. Seems to have very limited boxing IQ and not all that much power considering his size and dynamite alias.
Main thing I disagree with is saying Zhang beat Hrgovic
On 1st watch, I thought it was close but Hrgovic just about won
On rewatch I thought Hrgovic won comfortably. Zhang was throwing about 3 combos a round at most. Wasn’t throwing a thing on some rounds. He was also gifted a bs knockdown
But my prediction for Hrgovic vs Dubois is Hrgovic, probably on points, wouldn’t be surprised at all if it’s by ko. Think a lot of punches will be thrown and taken from both sides, problems will be had on both sides, but Hrgovic would just have the upper hand and Dubois would be overwhelmed
I can see an absolute demolition job from Hrgovic coming but I think he’d have to be in a rly good place mentally and I have no idea if he is lately
For Zhang vs Wilder, I thought Zhang would decimate Wilder a while ago, but lately idk. If Wilder lands just 1 big right hand on Zhang (Hrgovic was hitting Zhang a lot with overhand rights), Zhang’s fucked. He has a good chin but that would deplete most of his stamina and he wouldn’t recover. Hopefully I feel 1 way or the other closer to the fight
