      Ender 3 V3 Se can Print Abs?

      @JobilleTuts  8 місяців тому

      @@jyotishmansarma4179 Both the S1 and V3 SE, like most printers in the Ender 3 series, are capable of heating up to 260C, which is hot enough to print common materials such as PLA, PETG, and ABS.

    Great video, and I really like how Creality upgraded this base printer. Having Direct drive, dual Z screws and bed leveling as standard really makes this a perfect machine for any beginner, all for a really low price.

      @JobilleTuts yes I feel the pain its best to just sell the ender 3 so it makes up the price I would say

    I have a question about the slicer whenever I try to download something to turn it into gcode it won’t let me but instead turns it into something called cxprj

    When you are adjusting the speed, thats not the speed, it's a percentage, so at 200% it is twice as fast as what the setting was when the file was sliced.

    This is a very nice printer. Unfortunately mine has a problem with the extruder. It clicks on each change of direction - ie twice per retraction. I contacted Creality. They wouldn't respond until I had gone through the usual hoops of sending them a copy of my receipt a video of the issue a photo of the ID plate on the back of the printer. Once I had done this they simply told me 'yes that is normal'. Well it's not normal on any of the other three 3D printers I have owned..... and there are discussions of some people experiencing retraction clicking on Reddit - and clearly the people replying DON'T experience the same..... so thanks for nothing Creality.
    Only buy one of these if you are happy to fix and maintain it yourself - because apparently Creality support is.... less than impressive.

    Question, even if I set my slicer at 200mm/s it only seems to print at about 100mm/s. The only way I get the higher speed is by using "tune" on the screen. Am I doing something wrong in the Creality slicer or is that just a default? Will I always need to use the screen to get the higher speeds? Thanks

    • @JobilleTuts
      @JobilleTuts  10 місяців тому

      Check your start mid and last layer speed settings. Might have changed

    • @ligametis
      @ligametis 7 місяців тому

      It slows down itself for better print quality. You probably don't want to change that.

    When I try to level mine during the z axis calibration it just jams the print head into the bed. ☹️

      Did you check underneath the bed if theres a major tilt angle?

      @@MobileDecay i would try to manualy levl the bed as a workaround. adjust the z offset if its too high. use a sheet of paper to measure the height between bed and nozzle. but this kinda defeat the purpose of this auto leveling feature they added. it should level automaticaly for us. check on creality customers service as well if they can replace the item for you.

    Thanks for the video, it helped me work out how to put mine back into the box so I can send mine back for a refund. Bed levelling is far from perfect, auto-z-offset is not correct but when adjusting it so that stuff sticks, it seems like I have to be too close, or possibly some bits end up printed too closely to the bed. The bed is so uneven based on the levelling mesh there's no way this could easily compensate. Z-banding is atrocious.
    If someone is printing medium sized parts with no fine detail and doesn't care about quality, maybe they are more likely to have luck with this than an earlier ender 3 design. My ender 3V2 has caused me headaches, a lot, but this doesn't solve the problems I've been having with it more recently
