Fisher Paykel Active Smart Freezer Fan Access

How to get to a faulty freezer fan or coil for the Active Smart Fridge/Freezer.
Model E372B. This model has 2 separate fans.
Equally the fridge fan can also fail. (If the freezer is cold but the fridge is warm.)

Thanks for the videos, Paul! Pretty certain this is my issue, just have to plan ahead for a time to defrost the damn thing so I can get to the fan.
