    Please don't , me & my wife just got back to Germany, we got a Kidnap attempt.
    A lot of Narco in the city, in Cancún, Tulum all the Peninsula area, bur realtors would never said that, government never says it.

      @@HM3Corpsman Merida I would say is not that bad, but this happened when we went to Quintana Roo (State right next to it, on the peninsula) , even the police is Narco coluded there.
      Please stay safe, Mexico is not even that cheap at this point. Not worth it from our POV.
