My son and I were in Pizzo about 3 weeks ago and loved it. It was a happy coincidence that we stumbled onto or into this town. Unfortunately it was a rainy, cold November day and pretty much everything was closed. Hopefully I will make it back.there someday.
If you loved it when it rained then for sure you must go back when it’s sunny. It’s truly amazing
What a fantastic day! , The castle/prison is where Napoleon's brother in law (Gioacchino Murat) was imprisoned and apparently shot dead, I was told when we went there, apparently he was the once king of Napoli in 1810 . Someone told me that they re intact his whole capture and torture once a year, I can't remember which month, but that would be great to see! We love to see you and ange sit down and have a lovely meal together that's enjoying life!! All the food looks delicious! You must show scilla next !! Angelo and Janet uk
Yes we wanted to make it to scilla this trip but with kids and Nonnas it felt too stressed. In the end it’s better bc we’ll save that trip for when the weather is better. I’ve been holding off on some of the towns here just bc I want it to be open and full of like. People don’t like it when it’s empty all the time. So stay tuned bc spring is almost here and we are going to do all the greatest cities calabra has to offer!!

Lolllll it’s very hard doing low carb in Italy especially when your friends are always trying to sabotage you haha. It’s ok. Once in a while I let myself go.
