good review. not that long. precise. I would agree. I would prefer the Rane four over the Performer. Same as you (wedding DJ), lugging a heavy controller isn't advisable for the long haul and long run. I still have my FLX10 though. I love both of these controllers. they have their own strengths respectively.
I can respect that. I'm a one-man operation and decided to put all of my eggs in the Rane Four "basket" ... FLX10 certainly is not a bad controller. I wish Rekordbox stems would improve. They're the weakest out there.
Does someone know how many midi I/O channels you get in ableton when plugging the Rane 4 in over USB? I m looking to multi track record so 12 out channels like on external rane mixers is needed. This information is never mentioned for controllers!!! Thx for all the info allready given!
Dang it Mike! Now I want one! The 'Stems' options are incredible. Love it.
Yeah, this thing was BUILT for STEMS :)
Awesome review! Following your lead and ditching my DDJ-100SRT in favor of the Rane Four. Much appreciated...
I'm super happy with the the Rane Four... still loving it :)

Heard a few horror stories. Has it behaved so far?
I've seen horror stories too and it does scare me a little. So far, mine has been perfect (knock on wood)
Nice video. Quick and to the point. 🫡

Morning brotha , is that the new Dannymax S ?
It is indeed :D
Thank uuuuu Brotha 🙏
Naw …the rane performer is
Not for me. I don't need motorized platters, or the weight that goes along with them. Thanks for scoping out the video, appreciate it :)
@@MikeSinclairDJServices True light weight is always a good thing for the back. try the T7 it has motors and light and works the DJAY Algoriddum
@@bboymac84 Appreciate that, but I'm very happy with the Rane Four and Serato
