Molly Yeh is an excellent cook..love watching her show. Her shows on the Food Network are reruns mostly. She looks more mature now with two little ones and a busy life..so pretty. An accomplished musician. She’s amazing.
The best part of Frozen Veggies they aren't full of Salt and other "stuff" like caned veggies are. They do take some practice to keep them from becoming soggy and lifeless.
A Hotdish is not a Casserole or a sub section of casserole period, the best way to describe it is a hotdish is an all in one meal a casserole is a side dish. Tatter Tot Hotdish is pure Minnesotan my wife and her family have been making it for years.
