Thank you for showing us this video. I am making a modern granny stich and I was wondering what kind of border would look nice with it. This is it. Thank you so much.
I want to thank you for the video for both of these granny blanket. I thought your plaid blankets were the best but you just keep it going. I can not wait to see what you come up with next. I will be making the mini modern granny blanket. Thanks again for all the work and care you put into it.
I love your videos and your detailed instructions. You always use such gorgeous color combinations and have unique creations for crochet I always appreciate your taking the time to not just show us projects, but to give details to avoid mistakes and to save time. You rock!💜🙏💜
Thanks very much for this lovely stitch idea you have some amazing patterns, Love your channel, the. Colours are nice too, best wishes from Ireland to you and yours xxx
All of your patterns are beautiful, and your instructions are very clear. The only problem is the shadow where you are working makes it s little harder to see what you are doing. God bless you for sharing your talents.
Please at the beginning of your next video can you slowly show us how you hold your yarn Tiffany you always do it so fast . Love your creations and tutorials.
I think with stitch markers you could use just one color and it would be beautiful. I would stitch mark the start of row that skips the entire DC'S from row before ( row 3) so that I could remember to look for that oddity as I got further along. And in one color I wouldn't be visually reminded where I am at as I would with 2 colors. As she stated, if you don't see where you are in pattern, the blanket would grow wider and wider. I wrote this out for myself as I watched, to make this in one color and thought I would share. If not OK. please remove. You have a chain of even number, plus one. Row 1: as skip 4, 2 DC, sk one chain, 2 DC, until one ch stitch remains. DC in last chain. Row 2: Sk DC from last row and then DC2TOG in top of DC's from last row, ch 1, DC2TOG, (in top of DC's from last row,) ch1, DC in top chain of chain 3 of previous row. Row 3: Ch 4, skip the entire DC2TOG and do 2 DC in space, when you reach the last DC's from previous row, skip those and DC in top of the ch 3 from previous row. ROW 4: chain 3, work DC2TOG in the tops of the DC's from previous row, ch 1, DC2TOG, in next DC's from previous row, ch 1, DC in the 3rd chain of ch 4 from previous row. Row 5: chain 3, 2 DC in space from previous row, and 2 DC in each space across. Then 1 DC in top of ch 3 from previous row. Row 6 you'd repeat row 2 - 5 .
Chad Steele you may need a few more rows until it starts to straighten out. I did a double stitch blanket and it started to curl but when I added more rows, it did straighten out
Colleen Misner a regular granny is just 3 DC worked on each row in between each. Modern is stacking the 3 dc with 3Dctog. Or in this case mini/modern with 2 dc. :)

Hi. Which pattern uses less yarn? This modern granny stitch OR double crochet V stitch?
Also which works up the quickest please? 🙏 Love them both
Love the pattern I was wondering if you could use Caron latte cakes yarn on this pattern?
I know it depends on the type of yarn you use but typically, how would you wash your blankets?
Love this thanks 💕
How many chains would I need to make a baby blanket? Thanks
Dios bendiga mi querida ese tejido me encanta muchas gracias por su buena intención

Ficou Linda ,obrigada .
Thank You.
Thanks very sweet.
Love the pattern. However, wondering if it can be made in one color?

I started with 115 chains. The 2nd row made my crochet twirl up. Am I doing something wrong?
Chad Steele you may need a few more rows until it starts to straighten out. I did a double stitch blanket and it started to curl but when I added more rows, it did straighten out
What is the difference between a granny stitch and a modern granny stitch
