I am a beginner in this is a great video. Not only did it teach me a new stitch, but I so agree with your suggestion of color changes being a motivator for new beginners. So not only did you teach us how to transition but just suggesting this motivation tip it’s making me excited to get home and continue working. Thank you
Wow! That blanket your daughter made is really pretty. I had to laugh because I have the same problems with my corners too, so yes I'm hoping to learn what not to do. I am like you, that I work into the first stitch - I find that my edges are straight and not bumpy. Great video, I found your pace just right and your instructions clear. So excited to find add a new stitch to my repertoire, and I can get to work on a baby blanket yaaaaaay!!!

i’ve been crocheting a regular blanket, but as a beginner i wish i had found this before i started. i’m probably going to use this stitch as the border of mine though, and hopefully it doesn’t turn out too funky looking haha

Hi I've just started this lovely blanket. I've completed 9 rows and have noticed a slight bow. Can you offer any suggestions, I've tried to keep tension consistent and I'm using acrylic Australian 8ply. Kindest Regards
I love this!!! I’m not new to crocheting but I am doing things now correctly since I am self taught. I had a question when you increase at the end of the border row do you increase to 2, then 3 then 4 depending on how many rounds you do for the border? I hope that makes since lol thank you in advance and I thank you for this lovely video 💕
I have a question- I only have 3.5mm and 5mm hooks, would that still work with this pattern? I know that you have to use the right hook size depending on the type of yarn, but I am not sure if the hook size and yarn depend on the pattern. Could someone please tell me? :> This blanket is so cute and I can't wait to make it!!!
It looks like she’s going under both. I’m working on it right now and I’m going under both loops. I think she would have specified if it was back loop/front loop only?

My dream was to learn knitting and make a blanket 💜
Such good instruction! Trying it now
Beautiful. I like to do a round of SC on the border first.....helps clean up the edges. What do you think?
Thank you for teaching me a different stitch. I am excited to make a project with it🤗🥰
hello! looking forward to trying this, looks lovely :) can I ask how many skeins were used to complete the blanket? thanks
If you click on the link to the pattern in the description box you will find the info regarding number of skeins used.
In the link, it tells you how many.
I’m so sorry but where is “the description box?” I never see where exactly that is

Can I do Herringbone in back loops? I love this. You're an excellent teacher.

Nice 👍 I have too try your ides 2021
Love the colors and stitch… I have tried making this 4 different times but it keeps curving. Any tips?
Love this stitch and how well you explain everything!! Thank you for sharing!!
My tention is like your daughters and I've been crocheting for a while and still the same.
Love this video - love this stitch…finding it difficult to go through just one loop🤔
I just came across this pattern. It’s gorgeous. However, I can not find this yarn. Can you recommend a substitute? TIA.
May I know how many balls of yarn do I need for this blanket if my each yarn ball is 100g each
I love this!!! I’m not new to crocheting but I am doing things now correctly since I am self taught. Can you tell me how to keep my edges straight while doing tbis stitch??
hi thanks, what's that yarn material btw
Hello have you ever done this stitch in the round and if so do you have a video for it Thank you
Can u just do a sc stitch for the border?
I have a question- I only have 3.5mm and 5mm hooks, would that still work with this pattern? I know that you have to use the right hook size depending on the type of yarn, but I am not sure if the hook size and yarn depend on the pattern. Try a test swatch 👍🏻
Where did you find this yarn?
I keep trying to make this and my scarf keeps curving. I am following everything on this video but I don’t seem to be getting it right. Any tips?
My blanket is starting to go all wiggly, is that because i did too many stitches? 😔
Is half crochet and half double crochet is the same thing. I am getting confuses here 😅
When going into your next row, when you do your stitch, are you going into a single piece of yarn or going under both (the whole braid)
It looks like she’s going under both. I’m working on it right now and I’m going under both loops. I think she would have specified if it was back loop/front loop only?
there is two different way to do harringbone.. some crocheter make 3 yarn over if you get what I mean . what is the right 😫
One is Hdc and one is DC
This one uses half herringbone, full herringbone involves another yarn over.
