Yes bro once my cousin opened his bottle unfortunately the bottle exploded the entire apartment went down it had exploded with so radiation level that the pigs were fried into the walls... I miss muh cousin
There is two main possibilities in your case •You must have over heated water, it must have killed your Yeast. •your yeast packet must have expired, try it in new yest.

pgs aqua Hi thank u, 1. I am using 5grams of yeast and 50grams of sugar appx it lost for a week and fist 3 days the Co2 intensity will be more and other 3 days the intensity reduces. 2. We can use use check values to control back flow of water but here is not using it bcoz I am keeping the Co2 chamber next to the tank so tre will not be any chance of back flow. 3. Since this is DIY we have a drawback tat we can’t control Co2, if we control/ stop the flow there might be chance of explosion. So we need to run this co 24/7 4. Yes even in the dark we need to run bcoz of above drawback. By Operating 24/7 can only be able to achieve the sufficient co2. Pls note this setup will suitable only for 1 sq feet and 2 feet (60liters) tanks.
