Seared Salmon Salad/Salach Ca Chien (English sub)

- Hi there! I've been trying to include more fish dishes in my diet and this one is a crowd pleaser. Here's a simple and super tasty recipe for a mixed salad with pan seared salmon filet. Also a great addition is some green grapes with the tomatoes and spring mix of greens. The salmon filet cooks fast and so satisfying. Remember to ask your fish monger to save the salmon skin, which will be fried up and include as a topping to our salad--it's like "the good bacon." Enjoy the video!
Ingredients:
2 filets of fresh salmon, with saved skin
1 handful of green grapes
1 handful of grape tomatoes or similar
Some mixed greens
2 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds
2-3 cloves of garlic, smashed
Cooking oil
Salad dressing:
1/2 tsp of wasabi paste
1 tbsp of soy sauce
3 tbsp of mirin / seasoned Japanese vinagar
1/2 tsp of sesame seeds
