Grated eggplant focaccia with baked bell pepper is perfect for lunch, dinner or a snack. I assure you that you will please the whole family! Just a few simple ingredients are enough to prepare it! You won't have to knead, rise or get your hands dirty! Just mix everything and bake! Anyone can do it! I recommend you try this delicious baked omelette with grated aubergines and peppers and I'm sure you will like it!
Ingredients:
- 1 large or 2 small aubergines
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- 200 g (7 oz) wheat flour
- Cheese to taste
- Salt and pepper

Soft focaccia with grated eggplant, bell peppers and onion is an excellent solution for lunch, dinner or snack. Even children will love it! The best thing is that to prepare this very soft focaccia you won't have to knead or leaven or even get your hands dirty! You have never made focaccia so easy and so delicious! All you need are a few simple ingredients and very little time! Try this tasty liquid pizza with grated eggplant, peppers and onion and I'm sure you'll like it!

- 150 g (5 oz) of yogurt
- 130 g (4.1/2 oz) wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Salt, pepper, chili pepper
