I imagine biologically and psychological also actionable daily habits changed your addiction of daily watching porn changed you to better good. As a female I've heard the bigger breasts for a female the more lustful she is which sure seems to be true and estrogen. I guess it really doesn't take much to be free from porn. All it takes is praying withought ceasing and living and existing around Christians who also follow God and God is where we can only gain holiness when we do good things by faith alone. Sitting here trapped down playing video games definitely making everything worse even without porn but better withought it still not there 100% but I'll get there thank God for sending me shown a woman who was freed from porn I guess I can too but I'm a young man with a plan to worship God and I pray and action he blesses me amen.

I've never understood the point of all this. Twice in my life (61 yrs old now) I found myself in a club with unclothed women (I was a passenger in a large vehicle of inebriated fraternity "brothers" and my NO fell on deaf ears). Both times I was so embarrassed for the girls I couldn't look at them. So I went over to play solo games of billiards until the other dudes had their fill.
By age 40 it was clear I was not going to have a family, so there was no point in continuing to date and copulate. I chose celibacy and 22 years later I'm still here. Of course corn has no place in the life of a celibate man.
The best thing a man can do is NEVER ever look at corn ... NEVER. Because the demons will never allow you to forget what you have seen. They will flash those pics and vids before your eyes and in a moment of weakness you are back at it.

As the world gets worse I feel myself getting more religious and suggesting the bible to others. Ive noticed when I watched corn I would feel my self ramp up. I would not realize I was an hour into watching things with a dozen tabs open. My heart would beat faster and everything. Yep! I pray every morning that my thoughts be submitted unto the obedience of Christ, and the difference it makes is actually staggering. I hadn't been praying every morning for a few days and found my thoughts running rampant and my eyes fixated on women in ways I know are wrong, but this morning after I prayed it, it was like my eyes instinctually looked the other way and my mind hasn't wandered. It's actually awesome how much it helps me, I really recommend praying that and the armor of God every single morning.

I am a woman formally addicted from 12-26. Its extremely damaging (love addiction for me, from narc emotional incestual mom) but I am grateful to be in recovery for years. I have had big problems with lust in my life. I’m very grateful that Jesus helped me with that. I have completely lost all interest in all things corn related and haven’t watched any in years. Last year I suffered an injury which makes even the thought of fornication extremely painful. It’s very painful, but I say Blessed be The Name of The Lord! I was lost in the occult as well. Jesus is so good to me. Took me right away from all that nonsense.

When being female must be relatively easy if you're sexually assaulted you simply go to the psychologist and do help you and you feel better the fear of judgement isn't there for you nor is the abuse because now you know to avoid it. And if the world was christianized and there weren't fake Christians. There would have been no sexual abuse. Therefore I wouldn't have suffered at the hands of atheist young black male who is homosexual and then showed me pornography of his female and him mating all I did was stare in shock and he laughed while we were in view of three female teachers he showed me at angle that they couldn't see but we could see the video on phone but they couldn't see anything what we were watching yet watching us. The teachers weren't nice and never were considering they partially caused the abuse by being lacking competence. I don't want to keep living remembering the abuse it's tiring I thought I forgive him but I guess the damage inside of me is still there and my behavior of lacking trust. I'll try not to become nihilistic but it's hard. I just hope God heals me now and not later when I'm 30. I'm desperate I can't imagine diying with this. How is it that you women can do it? Yeah but I think Christ has taught us that we don't have to spank our children. Well I was spanked. And I definitely didn't learn so it only made me more angry resentful and bitter I choose to become that but at the same time I had good reason to lasting emotional damage so I don't think that's a good translation.
But I would allow my children to become trained in physical body athletics so they can feel pain indeed but withought me punishing them. I do 100 pushups each day. I want my baby's females and males to excersize one day one out of the womb. Can't have them weak so they can be abused. I was abused and weak too. Nobody talks about it. I was bullied pretty bad in elementary/middle school, and it did follow me.
Now, I am taking that experience and putting it in my testimony. I was too embarrassed/ashamed to talk about it. I'm embarrassed to post it now so I guess it's still following me and affecting my life.

Perhaps for females of any type to know that I as a male was sexually abused would sort of comfort and I meant belief system because I want to reinforce the faith belief that women do care for males abused that's have been sexually. Because my and older sister when I told them they didnt think further than discussing it for a few minutes and then never again before nor after. So I was disappointed and disenfranchised. As I think you would feel and know see why. And before her none of them did mabey except one male but he left the place. I think for most people, in order to overcome this negative habit. All they need to do is focus their effort towards a greater goal. A goal great enough to make you want to go to bed on time, so you can wake up on time. A goal that never gives you an opportunity to be bored throughout the day or night. When you're faced with a do or die situation you'll never slip into the bad habits. I believe people who lack a sense of extreme passion or purpose will tend to distract themselves with pleasure by any means.
Catholics realized that confessing sins to one another often caused much more trouble than it solved, therefore they nominated the priest to be the hearer of sins in a more private manner. They've got a point. Some things are alright to confess in front of others, some things are better to keep more between yourself & God. Perhaps you continue to bear some weight from them, but you save others from heartache & troubles.
Yep! If you confess this to someone you know they will look at you different or worse, they can use it against you. The sacrament of confession is such a wonderful blessing.

I am still attracted to women as our father created me. He did not take that. However, I am thankful He has given me the strength to abstain from a lifelong addiction to pornography 2 and a half years ago and did so cold turkey.
It’s not always easy but I know it is not right to do it anymore so I just don’t. I just want this to reach somebody that is questioning if they can quit…You absolutely can. Ask for His strength and even when you feel pulled to do so be strong. 🙏
