I'm not American but I am a Christian, and I'm truly amazed at the things being said by many in America including American Christians - many are claiming that "God protected Trump", they are claiming it was divine.....Christians especially have to be careful when making claims like these.
Why?, because many other tyrannical political figures throughout history also have survived "assassinations" and the most notorious man in modern history that survived assassinations was Hitler. So, are these people implying that "God protects some good and bad political figures". If so, what is the qualification God requires by a nation to protect it's political figures, since the qualification can't be faith in God because Hitler was clearly not even a practicing Christian and the US has also had many other assassinations of it's leader some who had faith?.
Incidentally, Fidel Castro claims to have had over 600 assassination attempts on his life and there were over 40 attempts on Hitler's life.....were all these acts of protection by God, because it seems this is what many US Christians are claiming about Trump?
In making such claims these people seem to implicate God in all the of the atrocities of the Nazi's by keeping Hitler alive and also of all other tyrannical political figures that have survived an "assassination".
Biblically it teaches that God moves and acts according to His own will, are American Christians claiming God's divine intervention in American politics, if so why?

I’m a gunsmith but changing to an Apostle that has a heart for evangelism ever since I became a Christian right around 3 weeks ago and knew the moment I fully submitted my life to God that I was supposed to be in ministry. God has shown me my path which I’m grateful of God for giving me the way He wants me to go ministry wise. All I know is I told God my life is His and to please show me which direction He has ordained for my life. I was baptized in the Holy Spirit last Sunday and that’s when he showed me my breakthrough moment of what He wants me to do. This is unrelated but I just realized something interesting. After God created the heavens and the earth the first thing He did was bring forth light and separate light from darkness. In science energy is defined as the ability to do work, but it's not the presence of "energy" or stuff that we call energy, it's the difference in potential that allows it to do work. It's the flow of energy from high potential to low potential that allows for work, like from high pressure to low pressure, and from hot to cold, from negative to positive. If there is no difference or separation there is no useful energy in a system. So when God made a separation between light and dark it turned the stuff of the universe from empty and useless("void") into useful and full of potential. But anyway I just think that's pretty amazing, and by that I mean that God is totally amazing!

I remember when people thought Obama was antichrist and pope. Smh Americans want to believe so badly that antichrist comes from America but all the stories in the Bible take place in Isreal and surrounding areas and that area continues to be the focus throughout to the end. Because of this I often worry if America will even exist in the end times but anyway. He is called the Assyrian for a reason. Tremulous is not the false prophet or antichrist according to scripture. People always cherry pick the more popular parts of revelation and the prophets but don’t ever go and read all the other stuff explaining in detail how we will know and what these two villains are going to be like and where they come from.

"Kingdom against kingdom" this word kingdom in Scripture means world empires or world powers.
We know that Daniel 2, Daniel is in what we call the Babylonian empire and yet it says "kingdom"
Daniel 2:36 “This is the dream. Now we will tell the interpretation of it before the king. 37 You, O king, are a king of kings. For the God of heaven has given you a kingdom, power, strength, and glory; 38 and wherever the children of men dwell, or the beasts of the field and the birds of the heaven, He has given them into your hand, and has made you ruler over them all-you are this head of gold. 39 But after you shall arise another kingdom inferior to yours; then another, a third kingdom of bronze, which shall rule over all the earth. 40 And the fourth kingdom shall be as strong as iron, inasmuch as iron breaks in pieces and shatters everything; and like iron that crushes, that kingdom will break in pieces and crush all the others.
So Jesus is saying in the "Generation" which to me is defined in the verse:
"I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place." This means that all those born in 1948 who are 76 years old will not all die off before Jesus returns. And one of the first signs we will see to know we are in that time period is "kingdoms against kingdoms". aka WW3.
We have empires: the US, Russia, China, NATO, BRICS, etc. all preparing for war. This war will be a sign to watch for. It's going to feel like the end of the world but Jesus says:
Mark 13: "do not be troubled; for such things must happen, but the end is not yet."
Matthew 24: "but don’t panic. Yes, these things must take place, but the end won’t follow immediately."
We know that Mark 13, and Matthew 24 wasn't about the first century because not all things happened.
Mark 13:10 "And the gospel must first be preached to all the nations."
Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
Did this happen in Jesus's day? No.
Mark 13: (NLT) 19 For there will be greater anguish in those days than at any time since God created the world. And it will never be so great again. 20 In fact, unless the Lord shortens that time of calamity, not a single person will survive. But for the sake of his chosen ones he has shortened those days.
Matthew 24: (NLT) 21 For there will be greater anguish than at any time since the world began. And it will never be so great again. 22 In fact, unless that time of calamity is shortened, not a single person will survive. But it will be shortened for the sake of God’s chosen ones.
Now 70 AD might have been brutal but was it the worst period in human history ever before or after? No. Many might claim Jesus was speaking allegorically, except the GOD of the universe is the only being that wouldn't need to be allegorical. He would know if the time He was referring to will be the worst ever in human history. It also says that if the day isn't cut short not 1 person would survive.
What is more likely that Jesus was a liar, exaggerated, hyperbolic about 70AD, or that He was talking about a time like now where we actually could cause our own self-extinction via war?
I am not here to attack Christians but it's very sad to see so many chop up Scripture to support their ideologies. Scripture is supposed to define our doctrine, not have our doctrines define Scripture. I don't date set but I have tracked over 100 specific prophecies that have come to pass or are coming to pass exactly as the LORD has laid out.
What I find interesting is that Christians either believe that prophecy was fulfilled by 70AD, or it's being fulfilled now in our time, or it's all allegorical.
Except Jesus fulfilled over 100 specific prophecies to show He is the Messiah. None of them were allegorical. We see that not all prophecies were fulfilled in 70AD, so the only option left is that we have seen over 100 prophecies fulfilled or are being fulfilled since 1948 +103 years (like 32AD the cursing of the Fig Tree to 135AD fulfilled) = 2051AD.
Are we to be afraid? No. We are to understand first comes WW3 then people will hate us, arrest us, etc. Then the defiling of a rebuilt Temple, (which means there will be a rebuilt Temple) then Jews will flee to the wilderness, then will be the worst time in all of human history, and then Jesus will return.

Yes of course our focus should be on Jesus 💯 but we must also be aware of the signs that Jesus told us to be aware of in order to know what season (of Biblical prophecy) that we're in, events to look out for, but, not jumping to quick conclusions , as is the custom of some. but prayerfully and soberly be aware. As a believer, I think you already know this and do it, but not everyone does.

I'll start this by saying I'm not a great Christian. I believe in God and i truly have seen the light if God through the process of the 12 steps of AA and have made my way back to Christianity on some level thanks to this channel and i dabbled in some dark stuff in my past in between being church hurt and angry at God.
Now then, the only book in the bible I have ever read in its entirety is the book of revelation and i've read it more than once. When i heard the News about Trump I immediately thought of that verse. In 2016 I was all in that Trump is the Antichrist despite being far from Christianity at that point in my life. I need the reminder that I don't know such things.
Look he's divisive. He's definitely not good for our country. Is he the Antichrist? Honestly probably not. I thought Obama was back in 2008. The problem with all of these politicians is it feels as though everyone seems to think that they're sent by God or that they're perfect and have all of the solutions and are going to save this country. None of them are. If someone thinks a man who made a living ripping people off in business andvin his presidency continued to act cruel and spew hatred towards others is from Christ then consider the story if the Good Samaritan. Love thy neighbor. Start with individual actions. Have some sympathy for immigrants while exercising some caution but come on. It starts on an individual level, practice forgiveness and love and living a better life instead of hate or things will get worse, they're called the 7 deadly sins for a reason. That's why we ended up with these two candidates and everything wrong from the from the far left and the far right.

So true! There is a pastor circulating recently who prophesied Trump being shot, I watched the rest of the original video and some of his other posts. and it’s majorly end of days prophesies.
Something wasn’t sitting right and this is the exact verse as to why! I am worried people will get caught up in all of his prophesies now because he has one that is correct, amongst hundreds that did not come to pass. They often speak of hidden signs being show to us, like patterns with the solar eclipses and natural disasters. But scripts says God will make it CLEAR!

Left the faith as a pastor. Last communion I had in 2007... I prayed for truth.... And so I wandered in the dark for years. This stuff has reignited my faith. I am a person of the LGBT walk... But jesus was always there... I believe in him.... And his forgiveness.... This seems scary because it looks pretty fishy....

Where does it say in the Bible that we are to reconcile and be united with evil-doers or that Jesus came to unify us? On the contrary, He brought division. "Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:" (Luke 12.51). BTW, the King James version is THE HOLY BIBLE for English speaking people. All other English so-called bibles are corrupted and/or watered-down.
This is a kingdom prophecy directly related to Daniel chapter 2.

@mbfrommb3699 it contains a bit of both, but the subject in question is a nation or world power, as evidenced by Daniel explaining that beasts in prophecy represent a kingdom, nation, or world power.
The beast comes up out of the seas, symbolic of many peoples, has so many heads and horns, etc etc etc. Each of these elements has its own symbolic meaning, thus providing specific parameters for identifying who or what the beast is representing.
Certain aspects of this prophetic vision of John's for certain have their completion in our past, yet others, I believe, have yet to occur.

The Risen Messiah has nothing to do with the human political system or religious systems. The kingdom of Jesus has no fellowship with the world. Jesus is not and was not a "christian." He is not democratic or republican. He is Eternal and Immortal. Why does Paul say in Colossians through revelation to seek the things that are about where Christ is and not the things on Earth? Reading the Bible as a story book produces religious theology. Understanding the message of the bodily resurrection and Eternal Life produces a born again spiritual organism. Literally, the Breathe of the risen Jesus of Nazareth is His "seed" (like sperm) that unites with the believer of Eternal Life and produces a spiritual organism. (The seed that God planted in the human soul is like an egg of a female. Colossians says the mystery that is revealed Christ in you, the hope of glory. The kingdom of Heaven is within the human. When the breathe of Christ unites with a believer, the believer becomes a new creature and is born into the Eternal family of God. Roman's 8 if any human doesn't have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. Walking in the Spirit of Eternal Life has NOTHING to do with this world. If you are truly a citizen of Eternal Life you can easily see this. We want politics and religion so badly to fit, and it does but only in "Christian" theology. Jesus has nothing to do with "Christian theology." He has everything to do with the bodily resurrection because He is the first-born from the dead. Again, brothers and sisters, the true "Church" (congregation) are people who accept Eternal Life through the bodily resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth. The bodily resurrection is a part of our spiritual inheritance! Not promotions and worldy abundance. God will provide our necessity, never is abundance promised. He doesn't want us to have an attachment to worldy things that will lead us from daily depending of Him. (Our daily bread) The Bible is a collection of individual testimonies that testify of the Living Word who is Jesus; Eternal Life Himself who manifested as a biological organism and wanted to show mankind His plan for us. That's why the "curse" of mortality is lifted through His bodily resurrection. We aren't "cursed" with mortality. We were given this gift and misunderstood death. Our mortality was given so that we could trust in the Immortality and character of God, which He gives to us through Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus went into death as Eternal Life clothed with biological mortality and was raised as Eternal Life with a human experience of death and physically immortal. He is the Head of a new kind of organism. Paul testifies in 1 Corinthians 15 that He is the last Adam; a life-giving spirit. None of this has to do with the things religion or politics. This a Human history that was changed with the bodily resurrection of Jesus. Every sort of bondage and our false identity is crucified with Jesus of Nazareth. John says the whole world is gone after Satan. The kingdom of Christ is Eternal, so what is the kingdom of the antichrist? The carnal mind isn't subject to the Spirit right? Roman's 8. Do we get the message, or did we form religious doctrine through chapters and verses? Do you think these testimonies in their original written forms were in chapters and verses?
