I've been developing my own spiritual practice for a few years now. Taoism has been a huge part of that, it represents the theory behind Tai Chi. I also practice music and meditate when I can, but I what I really care about is harmony of the body and mind. I love Qigong because of the awareness brings. It takes a very pure heart to reach those around you and it's important that we all find a way to play with those emotions deep within.
I love your assortment of routines…from extremely gentle to just a bit of a workout. You are helping me heal lower spine in a way physical therapy could not. Thank you Kseny

is it normal to have the knees get tired,& feel heavy, after practicing gigong as a beginner?
Hi Natalia, it is possible if the muscles are not used to the exercise or the alignment is not correct. It can also be the case of not relaxing enough between the movements. Do you feel it every time?
@@qigongwithkseny I feel the alignment may not be correct. Any video you have around alignment you could share? or perhaps insights? I just did another video of yours, and realized perhaps my feet are supposed to be a little bit outwardy open, instead of parallel? and a little bit more then hip width apart? could be that I had them parallel, and hip width apart. And also that I'm bending the knees too much? thank you!!! your videos have been very supportive
