I received two spare fuses with my new Hailong battery. I was wondering why and that is how I came across this video. Apparently they are aware of the problem..
So I was riding the other day I thought I was holding my cruise control turns out it was the power button, my bike turned off and has not turned back on since, I contacted the bike company they told me to check the fuse in the battery which was blown, I got more fuses put them in and blew 2 more, as soon as I put the battery in the bike and turn the battery on not even the display the motor would jerk and the fuse was blown, any help please it's a brand new bike less than 30 days old, the bike company has been great but as you know they're very hard to get ahold of once in awhile because of the time difference I need this bike fixed any suggestions would be great
Any idea what could be the cause? My 52v Samsung Hailong had 2 blown fuses, had it repaired and it blew again after first ride. KT Controller rated at 20a and a 2000w hub motor.
Hiya - it's possible that the controller is pulling more amps than the fuse is rated for. 20a continou KT controller could pull 35-45amps peak. You'd need a higher rated fuse to cope with that. Thanks!

Next time can you show us you putting it back together again? Sitting here in frustrated tears cos I can't get it to fit! Lol!
Ok!
Me too seems like no room to get lock on now

Sounds like a blown controller in the bike!

How do you loosen these screws once stripped out 😢help please
Unfortunately you might have to drill them out!
How did u know the fuse is blown
You can see it visually or continuity check with a multimeter
I have the same battery on my z8 and it’s doing this green light all the time can’t find a fuse same parts and everything inside
Possibly BMS/cell problem. You can always send it to us to get checked out!
@@EbikeRepairs it was the charger it must’ve bumped against the Frame when I fell off the one day thanks for responding
