Ouch...the Bassist was in the wrong key or his tech has mistuned his bass. If you are a vocalist and your bassist goes walkabout it makes it really hard to sing in key. Kudos for keeping his cool.
what on earth is going on in this version? colin's whole bass sounds very odd, the a string is a little sharp, the e string is so sharp so the lowest notes underpinning the whole song sound completely wrong! i guess the songs in g major but thankfully only goes back to the g at the start of the verses, mostly uses the d string which isnt quite so out. couldn't tell if thom noticed this at 1:30, but colin didn't seem to notice anything wrong the whole song. very weird performance
