Ive been dealing with double vison spells ans dizziness. Never have any issues with migraines or headaches but a neurologist gave me a 2ml injection last week. Not sure what for. He tried to explain even though i dont have headaches why i was injected but didnt understand. I was told i need neck surgery but that was end of discussion. Im still having dizzy spells.
Neck pain rarely causes dizziness. Watch the video on Dizziness. This is the toughest clinical problem in Neurology and ENt to find a cause. Make some notes and get your doctor to do all of this mentioned in the video, then see ENT. The person who develops a good dizzy pill will be a millionaire. There are NO good drugs for just plain dizziness. Double Vision or diplopia is another issue. See a good opthalmologist first and let him or her direct the workup. I think if you cover these basis, you have done all you can do to try to find a cause. Diagnosis is king. Good luck Caudill Miller, MD
I have seen opthamaligist before anyone else. She gave me 20/15 vision and didnt mention any illnesses. I've seen audiologist, also ENT, a neurologist, along with an MS specialist and so far all that has been done to try and fix this issue is the Emgality injection. Supposedly MS Dr thinks it may be caused from Migraines which is not what it feels like. I have had 2 moderna vaccines and wasn't long after I start having all these problems. It's not just dizziness, and double vision. I also have no circulation in my fingers on right hand, I have accupuncture feelings of pins and needles poking one side of my face or the other. Upper lip feels like its burning on one side of the other, the inside of my nose and eyeball gets the same feeling. A toe on my left foot sometimes feels like someone is holding a lighter to it. The list goes on and on. Feels like something is taking my body over. Fatigue is very bad also. I'm an outside person and I dont even like being outside moving around because I'm always dizzy, and I wear out very fast. I've seen every Dr I can possibly see so far and no one seems like they wanna dig in and find out what's wrong with me
This is tough and I really cant give you advice other than keep looking. If you can get an appt at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MD( not in jacksonville) or Harvard Medical School, I know they will take you seriously. Good luck.

Hi Doctor I have terrible migrane headaches that is not going away so do I need to see another neurologist
