Protein Bar Review

- Full 17-minute review of some of my favorite protein bars. I talk about protein bars that are commonly found in stores, for the most part have macros that I endorse, and are all edible- meaning I would actually purchase them myself and eat them. In fact, all 7 of these protein bars I bought at the grocery store and will eventually eat an entire box of each of them. This is a lighthearted review of some of my favorite commonly found protein bars on the market.
We filmed this at Madison Ave Strength Lab in Larchmont, NY.

I think this is the best review I’ve ever seen
This is a great video. I have been looking for a breakdown like this to give me all the best options out there from which to choose based on my wants/needs.
I really love Rober Irvine and Barebell but Kirkland has fantastic macros. I absolutely hate Built imo.
I tried pure protein galactic brownie bars, YUCK. They were so hard and dry I couldnt even choke down the 2nd bite.
Great video! Finally glad to see someone calling out the anabar. Such trash macros on them.
Anabars are complete junk!!
Are those Robert Irvine bars smaller? The one's I get have 30g of protein and 380 calories. I tend to use them more as a meal replacement. I've only had the peanut butter one but it's delicious. Even buying in bulk, they're about $1.85 which is fine. At my local 7/11 they're like $3.60 which is insane.
The built bars as you say have incredible macros to calories, but I just don't like them, they are too chewy like marshmallow texture. I like the Costco Kirkland bars best, although I have not tried the barebells yet. I would love to find a great tasting bar with great macros and low sugar, but I also do not want too much sucralose or aspartame, would prefer Stevia or monk fruit as a sweetener.
I don’t mind the low fiber, but definitely not a fan of sugar alcohols. Built for the W
It seems a lot of the protein bars today have the sugar alcohols, and the fake fiber. Like quest and others. I can’t eat them as they rip my stomach apart.
Doesn’t Built have 7g of sugar alcohol?
I like quest cookie dough and smores protein bars
you're supposed to eat the food you reveiw on a food review video just so you know.
