INGREDIENTS:
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 banana preferably frozen
3/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
150 g frozen acai puree (about 1 cup, or 1 tbsp acai powder)
Toppings
1/4 cup strawberries chopped
1 banana chopped
1/4 cup granola
2 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tbsp peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Toss banana, mixed berries, apple juice, coconut yogurt, and frozen acai puree into blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Scoop into bowls and top with your favourite ingredients. I used fresh strawberries and banana, granola and coconut flakes to sprinkle, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
Take a shot everytime she says delicious and açaí

This recipe was perfect. I have an inexpensive blender and did this by adding all apple juice first and blending it w the acai. Then i added the rest of the fruit little by little blending in between. Substituted coconut yogurt for vanilla and it was delicioussss

The place I work at we have açai bowl in the menu, every cook makes it different, sometimes the taste is sour, but the other day one of the cook asked many of us to try as she prepared plenty, and was absolutely delicious, I am going to start adding this for breakfast for sure, but I prefer plain yogurt for this instead, thank you for sharing though 🙏🏻

What's the calories and sugar count? I made one recently w out acai and I loved it.
probably low in calories, but high in sugar. That’s okay tho, because anything in moderation is okay. If you had this, and ate more plant and meat protein later in the day, nothing bad would happen :)

Just don't add the granola until you're ready to eat it. It loses its crunch and gets tough or stale tasting.

It varies depending upon what toppings you put on it, whether you use yogurt, or coconut milk, or almond milk. Kind of like with a salad.

This looks good however I think the best açai bowls have less ingredients. I just use açai and half a banana and make add a bit of granola in the end

Coconut yogurt is high in calories and so are these bowls depending on the toppings. Easily 600 calories..just because it looks healthy, doesn’t mean it is
ive made acai bowls and never used any yogurt or apple juice-so those ingredients are not necessary for a delicious bowl - the toppings are fine
