      That is actually pretty common hunter behavior. Millions of hunters do the same things, and they are not psychos. I have no clue if this guy did anything or not, but bad hunting practices, or pest removal is not the signs of a psycho. Pest removal is so common that some states actually pay people to do it. For example, hogs are such a problem, some states will pay people to shoot hogs on their own property. In several states it is common to see huge round cages, and those cages are to trap animals inside then shoot them. I do not like any of these practices, but yes they are all common. So common for people to knockout animals and take certain parts that the government has made it illegal to sell things like antlers, turkey beards etc. Hunters these days are obsessed with trophies, and will do just about anything to get antlers or other removable parts of an animal. Shed hunting is literally one of the most popular hobbies with hunters. They simply walk all day long, and their only goal is to find antlers. The whole animal thing is the one thing that absolutely points to nothing, and is super common. In 5 seconds you can find several videos of people sitting in their yards shooting several different types of animals. From groundhogs, chipmunks, coyotes etc.

    Edit: About the third episode: such a horrific and sad case. The pain never goes away, but I'm happy to see the Sisters found strength to move on and I hope they live a life full of peace and confort. May God protect them and their families. Please, 48 Hours, keepn on posting new episodes on YT, this is the only way I can watch them.

    What type of insecure monster shoots tiny chipmunks? They are only the cutest tiny little animals you’ve ever seen. There’s something wrong with someone who sees chipmunks, becomes angry, then thinks “I’m going to shoot these tiny sweet creatures with a gun.”And I don’t care who’s a fan of hunting, it’s a horrible, cowardly, thing to do and severe overkill IMO. They weren’t hurting him at all.

      As a vegan I would agree with you about chipmunks and squirrels and little bunny rabbits that we have every spring around our neighborhood.
      But I also feel the same way about all animals, we love our dogs and eat our chickens but we cry about animal cruelty it's such hypocrisy
      Animals have their own purpose and they are not for our use. We need to leave them all alone aside from sanctuarying the ones we have force bred for so-called food
      I eat healthy nutritious meals everyday but vegans don't have to do that as long as they don't eat animal products, that's all that matters, it's not about some diet.
      So hunting made bury a man's man? Only a coward wood walking to a forest and essentially commit home invasion using a high-powered weapon and committing as well what amounts to despicably painful and cruel sucker Punch.
      That's a coward move. The farthest thing from being a man

      out of all the cases in this episode, that case has the most reasonable doubt with actual professional statements that support the defense. it was unfortunate but it's unfair to pin a man down just because a detective can't let it go. look up the case, the paramedics were the ones in the house and they testified that the body was still pliable when they arrived adding the boys' testimony about their mom being alive just as they were heading out. Those alone destroys the prosecutions' out of reach statements.

    Curtis is either the best actor on the planet or he genuinely had nothing to do with it. My mom passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at 47. My dad and I were both devastated. Worst day of both of our lives. I could not imagine being put through a whole investigation and trials after that. And if anyone’s wondering, yes they do investigations for all untimely deaths (at least they do out here in my state). We were interviewed (not interrogated), cops in the house, full autopsy and all the things. I’m glad they do that and understand the necessity but my point is, that alone is incredibly invasive when you’re trying to process the trauma of your closest loved one dead on the floor with their clothes being cut off by paramedics attempting to be revived. I hope that after being found not guilty the family pursued something civilly. But most importantly, I hope the family has found peace and is healing. 🙏🏼

    Barry did it. DA Linda Stanley is responsible for his release. Let’s arrest him and get this case started again. The 12th district needs to get off their arses and proceed already. Justice for Suzanne. THERE WAS NO BIKE RIDE!

    • @dariamorozenko3607
      @dariamorozenko3607 2 місяці тому +7

      The DA actually did the right thing. Had he gone to court people would say he’s innocent. Especially since the car data was not allowed. And you can’t try a person twice for the same thing
      But as far as he hasn’t been exonerated he can be sued when they find new evidence

    • @Youtubereplies
      @Youtubereplies 2 місяці тому

      @ Linda Stanley failed to turn over discovery timely which resulted in numerous suppressed rulings of crucial evidence as a sanction. That is what occurred. Now she’s been disbarred as a result. It was only after her blatant mishandling that the prosecutions case in chief was crippled forcing her hand to dismiss. Stanley also leaked information to a UA-cam creator. Knowing she was being investigated for ethics also played a role. Since Suzanne’s body was found in the 12th districts jurisdiction, they need to step up. The 13th handling was an embarrassment. The BAM tranquilizer in her system revealed at autopsy, combined with all the circumstantial inculpatory evidence - should be more than enough to recharge Barry with confidence. Her incompetence is no longer a factor. Barry can’t afford pittbull Iris now. Reset the board and play Chess. Justice for Suzanne !

    Yet what I have taken away from this tragedy is love and the unbreakable bonds of family.
    It jumps from the screen, grabbing you by your heart and soul. The lessons that are learned in the retelling of their story, the courage it takes to help other survivors humbles me to my core. May the names and lives of those lost that day never be forgotten. (No waiting. In Colorado) He kidnapped her at gunpoint and took her up right by my house unlived both of them. Around this same time I'm listening to the right wing radio station there the little one and one of the preachers is preaching that women need to stay with their abusers to be good Christians because Lot's wife did ☠️ I'm sure this brainwashing was used on her too.

    So glad to see the update for the Tiede's and that they're at peace and their father lived many more years. I remember seeing about that crime many years ago.

    What a weird couple: an abusive future murderer and a woman who finds it okay to try to get more money in her divorce by trying to catch her husband cheating but cheating herself with a man with 6 kids…

      Get more money? If you know this story Suzanne is the one whose family money they lived on. Barry had nothing.

    In addition to her daughters supporting Suzanne M's likely murderer, they didn't even spend Mother's Day with their mom. Yes im judging.
