My best friend showed that love and care you spoke about today. My friend was out of town coming back in town today so she could not pick me up from surgery which was understandable. I made another way. On her way back she checked to make sure I was still good for getting home. If not she was willing to make it work. Ture friend but I have boundaries with her and she does with me. Boundaries are healthy for a great relationship. Your wisdom is so rich❤❤
This title alone got me. Therapy taught me a new system of accountability , integrity and respect for myself . I literally said those words “I will never go through this again”. I finally feel the cycle has ended.

Normally I wouldn't mind anyone seeing my tears, I know GOD has me covered and they seem to not notice. But this time I knew I would not be able to stop once they started falling. I’ve been going out by myself a lot I keep pushing him out he calls all day I hVe it documented. Then when I accept his advances he turns everything around. I have been taking myself on dates sometimes it feels ok sometimes it’s lonely. He comes by on my way to work and then I go back to the regular bs with him. Yes I have a lot f stuff I’m trying to work thru. Go out by myself and men ask why am I alone it’s embarrassing idk so it’s hard to be alone we get judged and looked at like a weirdo
I totally understand the getting judged part when out alone. I just try to tell myself that at the end of the day I prefer to be by myself enjoying my own company than to have fake company around me just to pretend that I am not alone🤷🏿♀️
