    MORE OF THIS!!! Love it!!! I got a spinner because I wanted to lose weight, but now I want to bike more and participate in our local Ride for Missing Children. 100 miles is the goal I am working toward, but your classes have been invaluable!!

    Hi Kayleigh I got myself a spin bike in February, I’d started working from home, lots of changes in the last 2 years and I had put on weight, lost motivation and myself. I think I’ve done something with you every day, from spinning, to weights, I’ve lost 7.5kg and got my mojo back, thank you ❤

    Wow! So good! Perfect after the controlled chaos of a classroom of 7 yr. Olds.
    I can push to a max of 11 now on hills when I’m 3rd. Whoop whoop.

    My goal is balance. I constantly strive to find it. In my home and work life, and in my training. I believe in trying my best each day, but that sometimes leaves me feeling overdrawn.

    My goal is to stay strong--physically, mentally and emotionally--so I can meet life's challenges.Doing these workouts for the past two years has been one of the best things I could ever have done to meet that goal and help me climb those mountains.       Did this as my holiday workout 2023 and went to say basically the same thing I said back in April. These workouts got me through my hardest year yet, keeping me strong mentally and physically. Gratitude for KC this festive season❤

    Woohoo! I am back to my pre-illnesses resistance 😸 it seems like ages ago when I was thinking I needed a new bike as I was reaching the maximum resistance, and I never thought I would get there again. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for helping me to get there ❤. My goal on the bike is to get better in 2nd position (and to work on my core to be able to support this). My overall goal is to be strong in body and mind as I move closer to 60. You are awesome 🤩 thank you!

    My goal has been to be healthier and get back on the bike after two babies in 2 years. I've lost 10 pounds this year.. 5 due to your cycling workouts! I am graduating college May 5 and trying to shave off any more I can before then. Thanks for the 5am positivity ❤😊

    Im here to make sure I make time for me during the working day. I found working from home I simply worked my lunch break and took about 1000 steps a day no wonder my body shape changed.

    Standing runs! A timer on would be awesome- they feel similar to sprints and the timer countdown helps so much with the push to finish! My thoughts this am 😊

    4/24/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this April Fool's Day Calendar Madness, as @nancygould3849 said... "Sweat fest!" for sure! I am also doing this with a sore throat that makes me sound like a phone operator of that "kind!", LMAO!And as always, thank you so, SOOOOOO much for this one!     I’m 33 and I got a blood disorder called ET. My goal is to keep active , right now I have no symptoms of the disease, I hope I can have a long life without it catching up with me. Being on the bike and pushing through your wokouts makes me feel like I got this.

    I will turn 70 in 2 weeks so my goals have pretty much been acheived. Now I am the healthiest, most energetic, the slimmest, the happiest, the bravest, and the most confident 70 year old alive. Kaleigh, I've been cycling and working out with you for 2 years and I've lost 68 pounds and now wear a size 6. I will never give up! I've slammed the door on my past and am following my future. I know I can't live forever, but my life will always be filled with exercise, cycling, weights, kindness, and joy and I can't wait for the next ride❤
