I’ve just made your recipe and it turned out delightful. Only I had to eyeball more flour into it. Perhaps the all-purpose flour here is less absorbent. I usually soak my almonds in boiling hot water for an hour before discarding their skins & drying them up so that they can be used in recipes like this. At least it will help to avoid indigestion 😊
