When raising my arms high, I did it differently because my shoulders hurt if I lift my arms for a long time, but the rest is really cool. I didn't get tired even though I did it for the first time, although I also moved during breaks .
I was always told not to rest but to move smoothly from one exercise to the next so as to get the heart rate up and keep it there for the best cardio benefit. (?)
Great workout. Breaks a sweat. Those complaining about too long breaktime..breaking... not obligated to break. I workout straight thru with no breaks.

The rest times are for complete beginners. If you don't need them jog in place, that's what I do.

How can I excercise fingers and hands. I am losing the strength in them. I can barely make a fist. I dont want to lose the use of my hands.
