Great workout. Breaks a sweat. Those complaining about too long breaktime..breaking... not obligated to break. I workout straight thru with no breaks.
No rest time needed. Will write out the routine. Thanks- will try it and see if I can get rid of post covid virus stomach.

I take a water therapy class and we do these in the water. Easier there but these are great.

You are so right except you will get balance slowly whatever balance you have is good enough for now hold onto something if you need to

Belly fat is the hardest over 50 .
The rest time is too long started getting bored
I’ll find the same thing except that I use tha time to repeat those exercises slowly
Maybe not for all seniors. It is only 16 seconds. How can you come bored in such a short time?
How can I excercise fingers and hands. I am losing the strength in them. I can barely make a fist. I dont want to lose the use of my hands.
Water therapy helps my sister and me we exercise hands and finger in water
