I've had this for about 20 years, it's terrible. I used to get panic attacks when it happened and nooo doc could figure it out.Until after 12 years I stumbled on an article describing my exact symptoms. Then after research I found you guys. I guess I didn't need to be in and out of the hospital/doctor's all those years .. 🥴🙃😁
Hi Charlie, I'm very sorry to hear that! Give us a call at 800-837-8428 or write us at info@vestibular.org for more information, a healthcare referral or support resources.
You could wear a hat that has a slightly tight head band as that pressure will stop you from focusing just on the visuals. Someone else recommended wearing glasses with coloured lenses as it creates visual distance. I used to hum and that helped so maybe listening to music on headphones would help. When I had it I would touch the walls, touch my head and then hum. I did all these things naturally without being told about it and it does work. God bless! I hope you feel better soon. I will say a prayer for you.
this happened to me out of nowhere back in 2016, I was at the mall and I felt so disoriented, I felt so dizzy and faint I ran out how every I felt like Everyone was moving so slow, it took me over a year to get back to going out
Thank you this is great!! I love the hand in head “meditation” and assurance “you aren’t moving”.

Great! Where are the tips for those of us who MUST work? Some of us have no money and no family.
This was an awesome video!! Just diagnosed today.
The glaring bright white fake sun patent geo-satelitte is a horrific crime against humanity and nature.
