Hey Charles, since this video was made, Klaviyo updated the interface and moved integrations under the settings menu. Or, you could just skip all that and go to www.klaviyo.com/integrations directly. Hello, thank you for the video but it moves pretty fast. I'm stuck at frame 9:18. Maybe they changed the page since this video but I can't figure out how to add my links from shopify for my privacy policy and term of service. Anyone know how to do this? Thank you
Hi Christine, sorry about that,I do speed through some parts. To add the links you highlight the text you want to link, then click the little link 🔗 icon, or press ctrl+k (cmd + k on Mac) to bring up the linking box, and paste your link in there.

Hi Luke, if you've followed the guidance, it sounds like it might be a limitation of the theme. I recommend you reach out the the theme developer. In my experience they are very quick to respond and helpful in integrating Klaviyo.
Do you know how to set up Klaviyo with a theme? I want to keep my theme forms. But how can the customer information sync not only to the Profiles but to the proper list in Klaviyo?
Customers profiles will update, regardless of which list they're added to. If they already have a profile, it will just be updated, and they will be added to the new list in addition to any they are already on.

I designed a website and in the footer there is a signup form (not made in Klaviyo). When I signup using the form, I do see the profile inside my Klaviyo account, however the profile is not being recorded inside a list. Is there a way to do that? Thanks again!
Change to a Klaviyo form 🤣. Likely what is happening is that the website form is adding them to Shopify, which is syncing them to Klaviyo but without a list. This doc might be what you need (help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080167-How-to-Redirect-Existing-Signup-Forms-to-Klaviyo) otherwise you might need to mine through these ones - help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/sections/360001558552-Custom-Form-Solutions Or reach out to the theme developer, in my experience they are usually very helpful.

Hi JT, it sounds like either the theme doesn't support it, or the "Onsite tracking" - see 2:40 on the screen - hasn't enabled properly. I have always found shopify theme developers to be very helpful, if you're still having trouble I would recommend reaching out to them.
Thanks for the timestamp, makes it so easy to help! The interface has been updated since we recorded this, the new thing to click is: 1. Under "Sync settings" 2. Under "Sync data from Shopify" check the box for "Sync your Shopify email subscribers to Klaviyo" That is the equivalent to "Collect Email Subscribers" in the video.
If I change the names of the lists like Newsletters, like you did in the video. Will I need to change the tags on current customer list in the Shopify store? Does Klaviyo send automatic updated information about the customers to my Shopify lists? Like any time someone signs up with a Klaviyo form will this info be updated in the Shopify Customers section?
Thanks so much for this amazing video But I have an issue, I got hooked up when inputing the code to the app, my store refuse to show the app display, it says klaviyo is not embedded or something, do you have a solution for this?
Hi Afolabi, I'm not clear exactly when you're getting stuck and what issue you're facing. However, if it is a custom/premium theme, reach out to the developer. Klaviyo is very common for Shopify stores now and in my experience, most theme developers are very supportive.

10:53 klaviyo app imbed is not showing up for me. I have enabled it in my app embends on my theme and it's still not there.

I can't say without knowing your specific business, as you can see in our videos, we don't usually check the box to sync Klaviyo updates into Shopify.
How can you create a list just for people that come to checkout?
