One potential drawback of KL is its tendency to flag emails as spam if you don't exclusively target engaged segments. If you have a large email list, say 100k subscribers, and frequently change your email lists, KL may not be the best choice for you. This is because frequent list changes can negatively impact your domain reputation, leading to a decline in open rates. KL is better suited for integrated marketing campaigns rather than solely cold email marketing

@Stewart Gauld, when you created a campaign targeting your "All Subscribers on Shopify" list, you set it up so that when they sign up they will receive a Welcome email. But then how does that coincide with the email flows, specifically the Welcome Series? Is that not redundant and will they receive the same welcome email twice? Thank you SO MUCH for this insanely thorough video!

Great question. If you decide to set up an email flow like the welcome series, then you do not need to send a welcome email campaign.
