Hey, you set the same POPUP Sign Up form with the SUMO app. Which one works best? Also, with SUMO you have added to your shopify a popup for free shipping when people want to exit their cart without purchasing. Can we do it with Klaviyo as well? thank you in advance for you reply :)

@@Bitbranding If shopify is integrated to Klaviyo already, isnt it supposed to import the emails automatically? And when someone signs up and you are supposed to send them a 10% discount, does Klaviyo send it automatically to the person or is it manual ?

Does Klavio import the email/phone information into Shopify or all data gathered using the form stays inside Klavio?
Yes, it can, but not automatically. You would need to connect the two or download a CSV and upload. - Aaron
