Hi Brenda, thanks for the amazing content. I have a couple of questions that I would like to ask. My store has been running for some months now, but I am planning on using Klaviyo for my email marketing, so I am about to integrate it on Shopify. Firstly, I have already done some of the automation on Shopify. So does it mean I have to turn off all the automation I have already done on Shopify and set everything up on Klaviyo?? . Secondly, do I need to turn off the newsletter pop-up that is showing at my store now and set that up within Klaviyo? Thirdly, when I go to the customer section on Shopify, I can see a couple of people have already subscribed with their emails. How do I move them to Klaviyo, or how can I send campaigns to those people? Thank you
Yes you will need to stop the automations on Shopify and do them in Klaviyo. With the popup, it's much better to use the one in Klaviyo The ones that have subscribed will automatically go into Klaviyo when you connect it!
