This 10-minute weight loss workout at home is specifically designed to help you build confidence and create life-long exercise habits for well-being. Done consistently, this routine will help you lose weight and get healthy. You can do this workout every day if you are looking for a quick, effective fitness routine. Or you can do it alongside my monthly workout calendar program, which gives you a structured follow-along fitness schedule so that you can see greater results from your workout efforts. Set a short-term goal to complete this workout every day during your first week, then add a variety of other workout videos from my channel gradually until you are doing some form of activity on most days of the week. There are FEW things to remember:
✅ If you arent is able to do any of the moves, don't sweat it! Just march on the spot. The goal is to keep moving and keep your heart rate up for 10 minutes straight. We are here together to generate positive energy for your day!
✅ All of the exercises in this workout are compound moves - meaning they exercise multiple muscle groups at the same time - it's what I call a "best bang for your buck workout!
✅ If you want to put your own tunes on in the background or mute this video for a silent (baby-friendly) routine, do so!

I need help with postpartum weight and breast workout 🏋️
So if I have restrictions for bending is there a modified version? I have torn muscles and ligaments in my lower back preventing me to bend n lift more then 5lbs :/
I just finished my 1st one of these! I did horrible, but I’m tired of being overweight and I want to live a long life! I know this isn’t going to be easy but I’m happy to have a first step to follow and something new to try to fit into every day! Thank you :)

Wow, over a year later and I did it! I went from being 210 pounds to 130. I have this video to thank for really pushing me to start the journey! Thank you. It’s not over yet as I know health is complicated but thank you for inspiring me.
I love this workout. I have been find it hard to do longer workouts with a heavy workload (even though I am home-based). Short workouts like this allow me to "sneak" workout time in! Thanks!

Two months ago I could barely do the step out burpee’s today I did the push ups 🥹 I have eds and injured my hip flexed muscle really bad. I accept I am no longer able to do “normal” workouts of high impact. Your channel has helped me so much.. accept my limits with grace, heal, workout and go beyond my old limits in ways I am able to 😊

As a paraplegic, I'd love to see you develop a routine for a wheelchair-bound person who is also able to transfer to the floor if needed.

I hear you, Kent. I'm not in a wheelchair (yet) but paralyzed from a hip replacement surgery gone bad... very bad. I do "chair yoga". It's available & very good.

I’m halfway through and wondered if there is a rarely repeating challenge that runs for a month or two-- short workouts like this? I looked but could not find anything. I’m also a patron supporter, but the workouts are 30+ minutes. I honestly have a hard time carving that out daily. And I think that’s why I give up. But I LOVE the short routines!

hi i have been doing hurt foot workouts with 5th metatarsal fracture, thank you for this channel. i dont need to lose weight but eventually build bones, so strength training good for me when i recover.....but curious what shoes you are wearing:) because i need alot of support once i am out of boot,thank you

Hi Caroline! I would like to know if this workout is good for women and men ? And also I have a really bad car accident in which I almost lost my left leg! When I do the squatting movement, like the one at the beginning it was ok for about 2 weeks and then I started feeling a sharp pain in my left knee and now I’m not able to do the workout at all. Can you please tell me what workout that I can do to loose weight and that is not to hard on my knee. I desperately need to loose weight. Because of my knee , my back problems, and my diabetes that is so hard to control even Endocrinologist doesn’t understand why and now she wants me to loose weight, or else she’s going to start me on insulin and I don’t want to do that. Please if you see my comment , drop me a line I really need some advice and I trust you bc your stretching video brought me back to my old self after my back operation!!
