Thank you!! The journey is always the best part and sometimes it’s good to remember that, take the “outta of the way path” or just slow down and take it all in. Thanks for watching!!
Been riding on that road many times back when I lived there in Harris County Ga. Moved up to Lumpkin County Ga, near the mountains four years ago for better riding and cooler weather.
Nice video. I started with a 08 ZX14 and than thought a 15 Concours was the best of both worlds,( I was wrong about my Connie ) now I have about 7k on my 21 Ninja sx and really enjoy it! I do wish I kept my zx14 as a 2nd bike. Ride your ride, talk your talk brother
Good video. If you gear it up a couple gears while cruising, your ride will be way smoother. I have a 2020 1000sx, and its such a smooth ride in the higher gears.💚
Thanks! I was nervous about building up too much speed and getting ahead of myself(easy to do with this bike). 1st time on those roads with the bike and pushing my skill level with the back to back twists. Thanks for watching.
@@Riding_with_Adam I felt the same way at first, but it's such a powerful engine that you can just lug it around in higher gears. As long as you're a bit conservative with your throttle hand, you should be good.
That’s one way to look at it. I mean it helps with the mpg, but no one buys these for mpg’s lol. But the 1000SX is set up good, I think I can be in as low as 40 mph and be in sixth, so if I wanted to, i could get tons of mpgs.
@@Riding_with_Adam I see. I'm planning to buy a sports touring bike next year so it's good that 1000sx can cruise @ 40mph. Cuz 100kmh is the maximum speed limit in my country. I'm considering having this bike over the more expensive GSX-S1000GT.
Does the GSX-S1000GT come with the bags? Over here I had to buy the panniers separately which adds costs. But I do believe the 1000SX is still the better choice. If Suzuki does an update for the ‘24 models though, it might be a tougher decision. Either way you’ll be happy though. Both are reliable.
@@Riding_with_Adam I think there's a variant that comes with panniers as standard, its the GSX-S1000GT+ version. I'm not sure if its available here tho. Well GSX-S1000GT's price is 2000 USD higher more or less here. And like you said, I also think that 1000SX is better specially on value for money part.
3RD GEAR AT 5000RPM'S AT 60MILES/h. You should realy learn to gear up and down. You use to much fuel this way. No need for staying in 3rd gear. You should have used 4th and 5th. Much smoother ride.
Enjoy your videos. When I am out riding, I try to tell myself that it’s about the journey and not the destination. :)

I don’t blame you one bit. Just about all the fun stuff is in north ga, even gotta go up that way to enjoy off-road too!

Great video ❤
Thank for the kind words and watching!
I just realized that 6th gear is almost useless in liter bike unless you want break the speed limit,

I have a 2023 and use 6th gear most of the time 45 mph or higher . These things have torque

Can’t argue that.
