Such a shame that Niks only #1 hit was performed by someone else. Nik is a masterful songwriter and composer. I don't think people really pick up on the level of composition in his songs. He's not just a 3 or 4 chord songwriter. His use of relative Minor keys in what would commonly be referred to as Pop Songs is Pier Genius.
