This recording made me a fan, I traced down the details of the gig through internet (tv-guide with radio broadcast details). It was taped on June 19, 1984, @ Openlucht Theater, Goffertpark, Nijmegen. Seems hé did 2 shows on one day, at night inderdaad in Amsterdam while this in the afternoon, other bands played in. Nijmegen: Klein Orkest and John Watts & The Cry. Does anyone know if this was the full set, or is this just the broadcast part?

Here we go again! Oh goodness what a way to warm up for The 1984 Tour in London this week! Such an amazing recording too. This so reminded me of The Riddle Tour in 1984 first saw Nik at Ipswich Gaumont when I was only 16...Still got the Tour programme and tickets. Great find again my friend!

I listen to Nik EVERY DAY!!!!! I am a retired teacher. I saw Nik at Live Aid all those years ago. He was and is very good looking. He brightens my day. I am glad I don't live in the UK anymore because I think I might turn into a stalker!!!! Love ya Nik. RB

Radio Musicola was a great and very underrated album.The bass synth sequencing was brilliant ! Yamaha QX1 for the synth geeks 😊

Thanks for posting! I never was able to get ahold of _Radio Musicola._ Tough import to obtain at the time (affordably). This song is a nice bookend to the track "Bogart" from _Human Racing._
