Great gig. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this, well filmed and good sound quality. Anyone who might think such filming is detrimental to the artist, no, not entirely, cos I’ve always liked Nik but never considered going to one of his gigs……….til now! Now I’m going to make sure I go see him! He had a fab with him too, top drawer musicians, at least a couple of them with quite a pedigree too. ❤
Same for me ! I don't know why that track was NEVER played live before. Probably because without Mak King on bass Nik thought it would sound too different ? "KNOW HOW" was a rarity live too. The last time we heard it live was in December 1984 !
@aubindemontfalcon5967 I agree completely! Easy and Know How are my favourite songs of The Riddle album after The Riddle of course.. Listening them live after so many years was heart touching. Nik's voice is still fantastic! ❤️👋
@@andreataglietti7515 Know How and The Riddle sound a bit the same, though Know How is more complex with a slight progressive vibe. Stunning song really.

Great video. I was front row at the Portsmouth show on this tour. It’s great to see how equally brilliant Nik and the band were on other nights of this tour. Such a great show
Yap yap yap yap yap yap yap, they do my head in at gigs these days. These kind of people have been challenged t some gigs in the last ten years by the likes of me. They say they’ve paid their money, they can do what they want. They say they treat gigs these days similar to going to a nightclub. They want the music in the background, while they chat, play with their phones, drink, go to the toilet, rinse and repeat for the entire gig. Each to their own, I guess, but I personally think it’s disrespectful to the artists, and also to fans who want to hear the music.
I was there. Bought a t shirt. Wish I'd got the badge pack too. Leeds United fan put this on. Big club to be fair. So I will let you off !. I support the Millers !.
I was in the front row right in front of Nik, but from the little I've watched so far, I'm not sure you can see my head from this point of view. I didn't hear anyone talking or singing while they were playing, other than when we were invited to join in. And there was someone singing right behind me. They even asked me if they were singing too loudly in the break, but I hadn't heard anything. But I was wearing ear plugs so that the volume wouldn't be too loud for me. I still could feel the drums in my chest and the singing and music were perfect!
Completely out of order to abuse Nik's copyright not to mention being one of those people who annoys those who respect it and holds up a phone to record the gig. And someone then suggests running ads to monetize this off Nik's talent. Unbelievable.

Easy live..I was waiting for 40 years...❤
it was so good live, sounds just as good on this live set too.

Could this guy "be" any further back in the audience? That could be anyone up there.
get your magnifying glass out
Can't believe people who think their conversation is more important than the band.
Some people use concerts as a backdrop for socialising.
Shame the people in the background couldn't be quiet for a while and actually listen. Glad I went to Wolverhampton and not Manchester 😮
Agreed, saw him the night before in Cambridge and it was fantastic!!!
Me and my Dad managed to get to manchester and lincoln, the lincoln show was very good around us, all focused on Nik.
@@lw1391 Deffo well worth going to see him in the flesh, So much better LIVE. you remember how good it is when you play it back at home :D
@@LunGz_UK that has been exactly my experience. I've been enjoying his songs even more at home after hearing them live.

I wish your video gets millions of views because you have great content. Try running ads for your channel using some kind of system.
