I love the arm toning workouts! They make all the difference!!!! After I had my baby, everything on my body decided to do its own thing, but TIU videos are so well produced (lighting/editing/personalities) that they KEEP ME WATCHING & WORKING OUT until the end of the videos! love you girls for all you do!

loved this! my favorite move was 13:30!! This is a great apartment workout too, no loud jumping/movement but still gets ya toned and sweaty!

what can i do to have your bodies ? are you running or only doing hiit... because I'm scared of getting huge mudcular legs by doing this... I want them thinner... any advices ? Anyways, I love your vids 😊
A bit of everything keeps your legs lean, but especially hiit I find works the best! Lots of plyometric jumping etc.

Cookiesmoonlight Lover You won't get bulky unless you lift really heavy and follow a certain diet, so you don't need to worry! Like Kate said, hiit is a great way to get lean and you can try incorporating a bit of strength training too😊
People who have "bulky" anything get there on purpose! It takes heavy lifting to get there...and who cares if they're bigger if they're stronger! :)
