      I love the arm toning workouts! They make all the difference!!!! After I had my baby, everything on my body decided to do its own thing, but TIU videos are so well produced (lighting/editing/personalities) that they KEEP ME WATCHING & WORKING OUT until the end of the videos! love you girls for all you do!

    loved this! my favorite move was 13:30!! This is a great apartment workout too, no loud jumping/movement but still gets ya toned and sweaty!

    Great job ladies! I loved it. A quick little workout that got me sweaty! BB5 is the best so far. I don't know how you will top it next year.

    I miss when the videos used to be like this and not paying for all this extra membership.Some things do not need to change.The app should be included with the membership.Making people pay for it seems not genuine.Some things do not need to change or be about the money.

    Woke up later than planned but still wanted to fit a quick workout in. This was the perfect thing to do! Got me up, moving and motivated for my day. I love Tone it Up!

    what can i do to have your bodies ? are you running or only doing hiit... because I'm scared of getting huge mudcular legs by doing this... I want them thinner... any advices ? Anyways, I love your vids 😊

      A bit of everything keeps your legs lean, but especially hiit I find works the best! Lots of plyometric jumping etc.

      Cookiesmoonlight Lover You won't get bulky unless you lift really heavy and follow a certain diet, so you don't need to worry! Like Kate said, hiit is a great way to get lean and you can try incorporating a bit of strength training too😊

      People who have "bulky" anything get there on purpose! It takes heavy lifting to get there...and who cares if they're bigger if they're stronger! :)
