Hi Abbey! Using the instant pot in so many ways! for stock it is fantastic. I save all my seafood shells in the freezer when I get enough I take the pot outdoors and make my seafood stock so the smell does not go through the house. When you use the crab shells the stock comes out this unreal orange color just beautiful. I will have to tell my husband your tuna/sardine mix. I love tuna but cannot put sardines to my lips... just can't do it. Doing a weekly set is so beneficial especially when you have had a real big day outdoors or working. That is why I love canning so much. Good for you on your bees. I miss my sister having bees. The honey and honeycomb was so incredible in flavor. Thank you for the video. Cheers

I have also used diced apple in place of the raisins to change it up or if I run out. Super delicious!

Yum 😋. I would love to see bee videos. I’m actively looking for a small acreage and I’m thinking I might want bees. Not only for the honey and the environment, but also as a way to make a little extra money in retirement.

I will try to share more about the bees this year! I honestly don't do a ton of work with the bees, it's my husbands thing and often he checks them with his grandfather who has been keeping them forever. I'd love to learn more myself eventually!

I really enjoy your “reset videos”. I’ve started asking myself how I can best plan to reset my kitchen at the start of a new week. It seems like such a helpful habit to utilize. I tend to fly by the seat of my pants 🥴
My husband enjoys eating sardines. He will be quite surprised if I make tune for him that has sardines in it! My instant pot is so underused. I have been thinking I need to try making chicken broth in it so now that’s on my ‘to do’ list as well.
    Have a great week!

Hi Cheryl! Thank you. I don't use my instant pot for a ton, but broth is something I regularly use it for. Easy and keeps my stove top free. Have a great week :)

I learned so much from this one video I feel like. I coincidentally had a chicken in the slow cooker yesterday. Watched this video when I got home and immediately added my veggie scraps to the pot and made me some overnight stock!! It is delicious. Thanks for the idea to immediately do broth.

Excalibur 9 tray. They're pricey but we got both of ours on sale. Well worth the cost with all the preserving we do

Homemade chicken salad is the best...not a fan of deli style.
