it's funny, I have seen plenty of ads featuring you demoing this product, but because i only have seen videos of you with your hair down, i didn't realize it was you! and FA is an AMAZING company. The Customer service is second to none!
It can be! But it’s almost a tiny bit too wide to get the full range of motion that you’d want. But personally, I use it as a bench and it doesn’t bother me all that much!
Where did you purchase the resistance band for the reverse hyper? I recently bought the Freak Athlete Nordic Hyper and am looking to get a band for reverse hypers.
Victoria, how tall are you? It looks like it doesn't adjust short enough for you for back extensions to get full range of motion? Is it comfortable for all the different modes? Glad you did this review, have been in the fence about ordering one!
I know you did a review for the Nordic Mini. Is the pad on the Nordic Mini thicker than the pad on this Nordic Hyper? It looks like it is in the video?
You're right, it does not offer the pendulum that brings you into full spinal flexion at the bottom, however, by putting the GHD pad under your hips you can get really close to mimicking the same feeling and you still get some nice blood flow to the back and you still get some flexion at the bottom. It is just a different variation of the Reverse Hyper. With that being said, if you're only looking to do pendulum reverse hypers out of all the different movements the Nordic Hyper offers, then a dedicated reverse hyper might be a better option for you if you have the space for it! Regardless of equipment, we wish you all the best in your training!
Thanks for being an early tester Victoria! Great review 💪

Totally agree! :)
Hi Victoria, awesome review! Do you reckon it’s large enough to also use it as a bench for let’s say dumbbell bench press? Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks so much for your reply!
1600 dollars for it tho! Crazy! You got a point with the price tho 😅

Mine is an old band that is no longer sold :/
What barbell and weight plates are you using?

I’m 5’9”! It adjusts for users up to 5ft tall! And it’s actually super comfortable and very stable. Even for the GHD sit ups!

It feels ever so slightly thicker on the Nordic mini, but barely so!
The reverse hyper is technically not full range. Bummer.....

How much weigh?
Like how much does the machine weigh?
you know whats just as effective and most have one.....A weight belt just wrap that sucker around a bench nordics sorted
I started with that but I found it to cut into my ankles and not support my weight well. But it’s def a good starting place!
