Really good review. Like the price, quality, stability, small footprint when storing and variety of exercises. I am definitely purchasing one. Thank you. Liked and subbed!
I bought my hyper pro months ago. Really like it. It was supposed to ship with the leg developer, but they delayed it a bit. I’m happy, I’m getting all the upgraded versions. I was worried I wouldn’t use it, but it’s been a staple in my workouts! I’ve even been using it as a preacher curl! Very happy with it in my garage gym
I use it as a preacher curl too! There are so many other exercises I do with it that I just didn't have the time to share, but it really is an amazing machine!
The constellation of features with this workout equipment appears to be well thought-out... 14:54 - Leg Developer attachment, Dumbbell (adjustable) was how you demonstrated the machine... I myself use Bowflex adjustable dumbbells in conjunction with strength bands. How would strength bands be utilize with a hyperpro, with leg extensions and leg curls? Are there anchor points on the equipment to perform these two leg movements? Also, have you explored using strength bands with the other two general modes with this equipment? Thank you for sharing the review.
There is an anchor point for bands at the bottom that you could use for multiple exercises. I haven't used it for leg extensions or curls, but I have used it for reverse hypers!
I'm interested in the Hyper Pro but don't think I'll be getting one anytime soon. For me right now it's out of my price range and I'll just continue utilizing my gym membership along with my limited home gym equipment and the Hevy and Gymshark workout apps I use.
Very nice video, thank you! I am a happy user of the non-pro model, I am looking forward to receiving my leg developer. With a Decathlon rack (plus some DIY pulleys for chest training), the Nordic Hyper GHD and the upcoming leg developer attachment, my home gym will be finished.
I hope that the leg developer still works with the Nordic Hyper as well as the Hyper Pro. So far, I don’t see a reason for switching from the Nordic Hyper to the Pro. Hmm, using the leg developer as a lat pull? I keep seeing new ways of using my equipment watching what you have done. Thanks!
Yep! It will work with both models!! It’s just an easier attachment method now. They made an upgrade kit if you want to convert your Nordic hyper into the pro, but there’s no huge need to unless you want even more stability for GHD movements and better padding.
You can lower the GHD to make it easier for Glute Ham Raises so you can easily touch the ground. For GHD situps, you could probably start by going only part of the way down, or use a resistance band behind your back attached to a point in front of you to help assist you back up! I haven’t personally tried that, but I would imagine it could help a bit!
I mean she's on the product pictures on the website and gets to test early development units, what do you think? While some things are a little over the top, the machine is amazing. Very very versatile. The only downside I see is that it's really heavy, my girlfriend struggles to move it around and adjust the settings. I pre-ordered the Nordic Hyper with the leg developer (so like Nordic Hyper 1.5? with colored knobs) but haven't received my leg developer attachment yet, so I can't talk about that part.
Hey Ben! I partner with the brand as an early tester of their products. I have the opportunity to try them out a few months ahead and provide feedback. Previous to this final model that was launched, I tried 3 earlier iterations and provided my feedback (along with other early testers). So truly, with this final model, I don’t have any qualms at all, other than that it can feel a little complicated at first to navigate all the modes like I mentioned in the video. I think the team did an amazing job receiving feedback from testers and customers and really made all the improvements necessary to make this an amazing machine. But yes, as someone else commented, it is a little heavy to move around, especially if you’re on the shorter side. Hope that helps!
Oddly enough, personally using my Nordic Hyper since last November, I keep finding new ways to use it to support my workouts. At this point, and having used it for my core workout last night, it’s great. I don’t have the color knobs on my unit; they are all red. But I know which to tighten or loosen. I’m waiting for the leg developer.
@garysmallwood521 I know that it can support up to 500lbs total, so I’d assume it can handle up to that (factoring in your body weight too) for the back extension!

LOOK very nice, im from mexico, the exercise hip thrust is possibly to do in the bank? not only on the Bulgarian exercise pad
Oh on the bench itself? I’m sure you go could do that too. It would certainly be stable enough!
@@VictoriaDorsano Thanks, great video
Which ghd exercises are for beginners? The ghd situp looks like one has to have super good flexibility & strength

Nice
Do you have a relationship with Freak Athlete? I don’t hear any criticisms whatsoever.

To be fair, Coop didn't have much to say negatively either with this one on garage gym reviews. He had plenty of criticism with the first iteration.
I am 6’3 Is it OK for men my height ?
Yes! Good for up to 7’ tall
@@VictoriaDorsano Okay thanks
Outstanding detailed review. Do you know what the weight limit on most movements are. The back extension to be specific.

Beautiful as ever, and the product isn’t too bad either.
