I made this frittata today and it was amazing! I was smiling so much when I took it out of the oven! I put just a few baby plum tomatoes in there too. I bought some authentic Greek feta in Sainsbury's (the cheap english version is nowhere near as nice). This is by far the most yummy recipe i've tried. Thanks so much Akis!

Thank you for this recipe , I'm going to try this for lunch - it's a magic combination of ingredients for sure! I would never have had the idea to put French fries in there - the whole combination looks delicious x1000,000. I'm not much of a drinker but I can imagine this frittata would also be the perfect food to make you feel good if you were recovering from a hangover.

Each time I tried making frittatas, it looks like omelet 🤔I even put it in the oven with high heat for 5 minutes
Are you using baking powder? That helps with fluffing it up
