I told myself 2024 had to be the beginning of enjoying my life for the first time ever (I recently retired) and these definitely put me in the right direction! Amazing! On the website, could you give the weights for the flour and water as well? You do it for the cheese, but the water and flour is only in cups, which we Europeans aren't familiar with. I'm having a hard time getting the right measurements.
Ok update! I made them today. Wow! This is definitely my go to stuffed bread for sure. I have one of those convection toaster ovens, single you know 😁, and they all came out wonderful! Now I'm thinking how great it would be to add meat to this. And a side salad, that's all you need. Have you made these with meat?
Silly question .. can I also fill them like we make spanikopita ? Onions and meat ? Your recipes are so delicious! I can’t wait to make it for my family ❤️
Hi Dimitra, love this recipe. I just made it but I had one issue, the dough was very sticky. I used all purpose flour but, when it finished rising it was very runny like a focaccia dough. Could it be the flour I used?
