Replacing the Carrier Bearing in the RZR. The prop shaft wanted out, and almost made it!

- I noticed some banging/clunking noises a little bit ago and thought it was my sway bar bushings getting worse. Well, turns out it is my PROP SHAFT (or drive shaft to the automotive community) rattling around and trying to escape the machine! I did not suspect this to be an issue, but just happened to find it during the 200 hour service (see my other videos for that).
I am going to show you how to replace your carrier bearing and upgrade it to aftermarket on my 2020 Polaris RZR PRO XP, but the principle is pretty much the same on any sxs with a carrier bearing. Mine had just about 1900 miles on it went she went. Rather than replace it with OEM (which were backordered 2 months at the time of the making of this video), or a cheap replacement, I decided to go with the Sandcraft replacement carrier bearing.
I've done about 100 miles on this so far, and no issues yet! If it starts to act up, I will certainly let you know!

hows your carrier bearing holding up?
So far so good! Rolled over 2700 miles on the machine and I haven't had any issues since I swapped it.
good show. I will take the bolts off rear shaft for sure...
Thanks for watching!
Where did u mount the grease wip?
In the end, I ended up mounting it on the side of the tunnel in the passenger foot well. Right in the corner where the floor, tunnel, and vertical edge below the seat meet. It was a bit of a stretch, but it fit.
