Thanks!!! I don’t remember off the top of the dome but here is a link to the roll pin punch used in the video www.quad-logic.com/shop/sportsman-400/driveline-suspension-sportsman-400/roll-pin-punch-tool/
Thanks!! If I remember correctly the bearing ended up covering the the groove for the clip so we have it on clip less. It’s still working great no issues.
Good to hear, I have the pro xp 4 so I needed 2 carriers. Something did not seem right that you wouldn’t put the c clip back in to I actually talked to clay from sandcraft and turns out the brass ring was never suppose to ship with the pro xp’s. Master tech said the shaft going to the diff is ok because it’s bolted in place but mine has a floating middle shaft so it was no bueno. Got it all corrected and c clip went back into place.
Thank you!! We didn’t use any specific torque spec, just snugged it down. I’ve read that you don’t wanna over tighten that one. Awesome to see that we’ve made it to Croatia!! Thanks for watching.
Great video! Did you notice a difference with sandcraft bearing since alignment it better? Less vibration as they say? Worth the ungrade? Been wondering if I should upgrade on my pro xp4.
Thanks! I’d say he’s gotta put more miles on it before we’ll really know about any vibration differences. It’s definitely a nice looking part! I’ve got the oem replacement on my pro and it feels very cheap. After seeing this one in person I felt like I should have just got this over oem. I’m really curious to see how long this one will last over the factory one. I’ll make sure to give updates we notice anything with vibrations and overall longevity of the bearing.
Happy birthday Dude!
Thank you for sharing

Thank you for watching!!
Solid upgrade!
Yeah it’s a nice part!!
I like how you edited out the part where you guys were under the vehicle together on those pillows spooning. Keepin it classy 😅
Haha class acts here
Thanks fellas, nice work!
Could you check and share that locking pin diameter? I'd like to get the correct size chisel bit...

@@SomewhatHaggard Awesome! Thanks again for your help.
No problem
Great video, SANDCRAFT doesn’t even have a detailed video for the Carrie bearing. Question! Does the retaining clip go back on the new bearing?

Clip does go into place. Seems like loctite is overkill with the clip in place.
Keep on like that, you guys are doing great videos! Is there a torque spec for the 5/16" bolt that goes in place of the roll pin? Cheers from Croatia!
