We got the queen in the vac on this one. The colony calmed way down after being at my place for about week. I'm not sure if the aggression had to do with them sharing an entrance with another colony or not. I got stung about a dozen times taking these bees out and another half dozen setting them up in a hive box.
We ended up removing four bee hives from this building over the span of about a month and a half. The building owner did replace the siding on the south wall as I suggested which stopped all the problems over there. The fourth hive we removed was on the front wall where the building owner had done some low skill "repairs" and a new swarm worked their way through it. The owner also cut down that big beautiful citrus tree thinking that is what was attracting the swarms.
All the beach shots were digital, Fujifilm X-h1 35mm prime lens. These were taken in Pass Christian, MS. I still haven't developed the film shots.

Greetings and salutations from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦! I would like to just say, I really appreciate your artistic skills in photography! Thank you for sharing all of the shots regarding "oceanic" adventures! Where I live, I am absolutely nowhere near Salt water so I dont get to see anything that you see. We don't even have tides in our famous Great Lakes etc. We do get the Frost, and yes, many feet of snow each winter with colder than -30°C winters, and over 100°F summers! We also don't get hurricanes here but have occasionally had tornadoes (not like your mid west though like tornado alley). Anyway, thank you for sharing all that nature has to give you in your neck of the woods and of course your "way. Of. Life." beekeeping adventures. God bless you and your Mrs and family and may He keep you all safe through this Pandemic, and always.

I can’t believe how could it gets down in your way…even here in South Carolina we get done and Myrtle Beach ain’t exactly the place you want to be in Sept/October and we don’t get no snow here we get ice…if we do get Any snow it’s very little and goes away fast.. that’s a beautiful look at your beach…I’ll send you a couple pics of ours when I get back there.. it’s still beautiful…

Very beautiful photos Randy! Your "Hobby" is really developing into artistic works!! 😊
The Cutout "WOW"! As many hives as you had to deal with on that rental property! Landlords can be so ignorant!! Or I should say "Cheap!" If they did things right the first time and not try to skimp and save a buck things like a re-infestation wouldn't occur!! But hay more $$ for you!! I just feel sorry for the people who live there!!

A prime example of why you need to maintain a home. Little things like siding can add up so damn fast into major issues like that. Mold is just bad news.
