Well done dude that's a cool machine and the front suspension seems to be working great, I can only imagine how much fun you're going to have with it when you get the engine and gearing sorted keep up the good work.
left bank carb ..needle valve check it float make shure it floats and is near level when floating.. nice build its good to hear it idle over the 300 or so you did have it at before.. quick thought on the wireing you could drill your frame and run them internal will look a lot neater but has a few drawbacks as well
I love this cart. Makes me appreciate mine a little bit more. Next year I'll hopefully be going to a fuel injected 600 or so and some disk brakes. My suspension is absolutely horrid so it'll remain a street cart. :/ great job and awesome build brotha !
It bugs me that the stearing alignment is out. Looks badass, sounds badass, drives badass, feels badass and IS badass...Nice for a 500cc engine i think that cylinder is really holding it back. keep it up bro!
Use the friction zone more when your taking off. Your like dumping the clutch in first which is why its almost stalling. Honestly, you could change the gearing with the new tires but I don't think its that bad. I think you just need to learn how to use the clutch like its intended.
your going to find that those tires wont take that speed long they will fly apart on you going down the road but love that cart that front sup. working great
Sounds like clogged idle circuit on your left carb, maybe the airfuel ajustment screw is all the way in, but it sounds more like a logged idle jet. Good luck!
Man sweet buggy. My only opinion is you should have went with utv (razor) rims / tires. The tires you got on the front are shitty , I have them on a go kart and the road wears them so fast. Plus it would give you better ground clearance. Just my two cents. Keep the vids coming.
were you rolling back or does that have reverse ? I don't know what year that engine is but the older GS were known for electrical issues mine still blows out headlights !!!!
I think it is still running rich causing to much heat in the engine, balance the carbs and it will run so much batter and not hesitate and pick up the torch.
I've been thinking, do you think a dune buggy is an good idea as a first ride? there pretty cheap and probably fine for short distances. what do you think?
The stator could be bad, that could be why youre only getting one cyclinder to hit also, and when the battery is fully charged itll run fine. If so, change the stator.
How much did the whole project cost with everything you bought for it? Pls answer dude. I like so much what you are doing. Keep it up.I like your buggy so much. Thanks previously
Check your stator and make sure your getting around 13.5 volts or higher under throttle on the battery then you know its charging it or maintaining your batterys life
That has got to be the most awesome one of your creations yet. Congrats!!

Loving your content mate keep it up!! Your starting to inspire me to make my own project build
Looks amazing with the new tires. Over all awesome go kart build. All I have is a year dog
Helmet bro! - cool to see it running. Now we wanna see you drive it like you stole it. But with a helmet.
Nice man, very cool project, and great video.
That buggy is bad ass! Good build.

Love this project. Really inspiring me to make one of my own.👍
That project buggy is AWESOME. Great job
Top speed test would be awesome

That's Awesome and the front suspension looked like it was working very good too
Wow, your coolest project jet!!
Without a doubt this is your best build ever
looks awesome man! great work on this build, my favorite one yet!
The best channel ever
kool, i second the idea of fitting your tacho
It bugs me that the stearing alignment is out. Looks badass, sounds badass, drives badass, feels badass and IS badass...Nice for a 500cc engine i think that cylinder is really holding it back. keep it up bro!
That's pretty awesome on one cylinder. Just imagine what it's going to be like on both and bigger tires.
Use the friction zone more when your taking off. Your like dumping the clutch in first which is why its almost stalling. Honestly, you could change the gearing with the new tires but I don't think its that bad. I think you just need to learn how to use the clutch like its intended.
yes the clutch actualy takes more wear by dumping it its kinda hard to belive but taths true.
Nice job man, I said it a little while back, after you use a bike engine in a cart you will not use anything else, keep it up, looks good to me.
Get yourself a carburetor synchronizer tool to synchronize those carbs, you'll never regret it!
Looks like it’s working awesome, good job!
Those last two switches on the dash are awd and nos.
That thing is sweet! It sounds so good
THAT WAS EPIC AWESOME ! ... GREAT SHARE MAN >THUMBS UP ..
Soud like a wire is grounding out somewhere or is touching
your going to find that those tires wont take that speed long they will fly apart on you going down the road but love that cart that front sup. working great
Have you balanced the carbs? That could be the issue.
Sounds like clogged idle circuit on your left carb, maybe the airfuel ajustment screw is all the way in, but it sounds more like a logged idle jet. Good luck!
Love the videos. I have a request, if i may, can you make a video on how to add front breaks to the gs 500 buggy
men, you test on street, need, streets tires...
Or testing on a dirt, it's amaizing work of yours.
Salud.-

Awesome video!
Good stuff man!!!! That thing really hauls ass.
were you rolling back or does that have reverse ? I don't know what year that engine is but the older GS were known for electrical issues mine still blows out headlights !!!!
sounds and looks fantastic
Nice work!!! I was thinking if you can install a tachometer. :)
I think it is still running rich causing to much heat in the engine, balance the carbs and it will run so much batter and not hesitate and pick up the torch.
Your neighbors must love you
I've been thinking, do you think a dune buggy is an good idea as a first ride? there pretty cheap and probably fine for short distances. what do you think?
Any way you can center the steering wheel...very cool..nice job
that steering wheel is triggiring my ocd
GaMeDoDo me too lol
GaMeDoDo I didn't want to be a dick, but I was thinking the same thing
it was fine untill he had to rebuild the front suspension
GaMeDoDo same, it was bugging me too
The wheel's angle doesn't bother me, the steering shaft sticking through it does though. He's gonna get center punched by it if he hits something.
Deffenently use a temp gauge since you have the fan manual switch just incase so you know if it ever starts running hot while riding it
I am planing to do the same here soon as far as the upgrading motor
The stator could be bad, that could be why youre only getting one cyclinder to hit also, and when the battery is fully charged itll run fine. If so, change the stator.
You are brave dude !!!! I've seen your welds with no slugs just butt welded I wish you would learn more before you go fast for your own safety !!!
How much did the whole project cost with everything you bought for it? Pls answer dude. I like so much what you are doing. Keep it up.I like your buggy so much. Thanks previously
Hey bud was wondering were at near Asheville you located im out of Fairview
More than likely the alternator can not supply enough amperage to keep the battery charged because of the fan
Or it may not be charging at all
The suspension was working so beautifully! Comfy enough ride? Nice work, bro.
Im surprised those turf tires hold up as well as they do on the road
How does it steer on dry pavement without a differential? Does it want to plow forward when the wheels are turned all the way?
Could you get the street legal in the future?
Which is the place
Please reply
Now I need to go digging through videos to see how you made reverse happen!
are you going to tidy up the wiring
is that in Kentucky ?
The shifting pattern is reversed. In sequential manual cars, it's 1 forward, 4 (or 5) back.
Check your stator and make sure your getting around 13.5 volts or higher under throttle on the battery then you know its charging it or maintaining your batterys life
You were right, that thing is FAST!!
Steering wheel alignment=👌
thats badass. i plan to build a go kart with a kawasaki ninja 250 engine :P
you should be able to rev it out alot higher. you should get a tac on it so you can see how much rpm you are at
Probably could use the one from the motorcycle if he could find a place to put it
Daniel Johnson just bang the ole limiter it's there to protect the engine
He can just weld a mounting bracket above the switches. Out of the way and still near eye level. Could also benefit from the neutral indicator light.
don't think he was really getting on it
it must make all the hard work worth while
Nice keep it up!
This thing is so cool!
Awesome man!
Do yoe have plans for the gs500
Could be a timing/coil pack issue also.
hope you don't piss off the neighbors.Looks fast enough.I would start by only changing back sprocket.
You need to learn clutch control my friend you don't just drop it that's why it nearly stalls good build I've watched from the beginning
nice work!
Cool helmet.
Also why is your steering wheel not aligned properly when your travelling in a straight line?
Very Nice!
Where do you live? Are you in Oregon?
If the battery goes dead you have a live circuit or the charger/alternator/generator is not working or a dead cell in the battery that simple.
This kid is a legend
Bravooooo
How looked at the eclipse today
I love this progekt and i will making am from algérien and thenk you
Get Ryan to test out how fast itll go! Lol.
That steering wheel alignment is makeing my OCD crienge like shit
Do you sell it?
Man I need to make one of those
needs a tune up and sum bike mufflers an ones your going you cen shift with out the clutch if you want
jake the peg Lol I have a little voice in my head that stops me from trying to shift without the clutch
Kam .P haha it's not to bad for it.
If done properly...
The way bike transmissions are you just let off the throtal a little then it'll slip right into the next gear
Why you ride the clutch so much
That thing has reverse where did that come from.
James Bryant he was just rolling backwards
that sucker is awesome
Swap for a ps2?
So much fun!
you need to put a wind sheld in it
So sick
That steering wheel is bugging the crap outa me haha.
You realy need to learn how clutch engages ,or you could broke it by dumping it like that, greit vids and hello from Bosnia
Don’t you have cops in the usa
Needs a turbo
You should put headers on it
