It can. 350km range is realistic for tankers and awacs only. Fighters will have too much time to evade. It will be desi meteor

Kya Tejas ka uttam aesa radar stealth jet ko lockon kr skta hai and weapon guide kr skta hai?
Stealth doesn't mean Aircraft is absolutely invisible to radar rather the aircraft's visibility to radar is much lower.
Radars can eventually track and lock on a Stealth fighter vis a vis it's distance.
Tracking or locking distance is directly proportional to Radar's capability.
So to answer your question, Yes Tejas' Uttam can track stealth fighter but it's the tracking distance that matters.

B/w 300 to 350...as long as I remember it is around 325

Front end chasing would be 300 km, not tail end chasing. For tail end chasing, the range would be close to 100 Km.
190 km for 8 km altitude
340 km for 20 km altitude

Su30 is assembled in India with lot of Indian things including mission computer so it is easier for HAL to integrate anything with it :)
Additionally twin engine MKI is a platform of choice for any project

2) Indian engineers would develop the software and hardware needed for the Astra to communicate and launch from the Su-30 MKI.
3) Astra has already been successfully test-fired from Su-30MKI aircraft in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
This demonstrates India's ability to conduct Astra tests without needing the complete Su-30MKI source code.

Stealthy means delay deduction and not invisibility. So whether missile or f35, all are visible but at closer range
