    Thank you for the detailed instructions. I sure will be trying your method. Recently I tried making multigrain, gluten free rotis but they were not as fluffy and soft as your rotis in this video. I learned that Kneading is the key.

    As beginner, I always have problem with the dough sticking to my hands while kneading. And if you please tell me is Ghee a proper replacement for the Vegetable Oil used in the recipe, coz I'm health cautious and have been cutting oil from being part of my regular diet

      Bajra is called "pearl millet" in english. You just need to find pearl millet powder or buy whole millet and powder it yourself at home.

      Knead it well also just before rolling, while rolling roll gently and rotis won't crack. Hope you found this useful. Stay connected.
