I know how difficult it is to make Bajra roti for a beginner without much practice. But you just made it very simpler. It's a fool proof recipe & Thank-you madam.
There is another trick we can do. Start with ghee in pan low heat add jeera seeds, sesame seeds and all the required masala powder, salt. Add water boil then flour, rest everything is the way you have shared.
Just ghee and masala in the initial stage makes more soft and flavourfull

I made the Bajra Roti today .... OMG they were just perfect lovely and soft to touch, light and fluffy not heavy on the stomach. I made my with just a bit of salt as suggested by my cousin. Thank you very much for posting this method as I love Rotla but can not get then thin and soft without breaking. I will surely be eating more Bajra Roti more often.

Nisa, I made this bajra roti yesterday it was definitely important to knead knead knead! Mine didn’t puff up in the middle as much as yours but they still came out amazing. My first “bread” in over a year and I can’t wait to make more! Next time I’m doing a double batch because they warm up well in the toaster over!!

In norml cup it is used to 200 grams..par agar apke pas cup na ho to..ghar k kisi bhi bowl se ap measure krke..uske hisab se bana skte he

Mam i have tried this recipie, but unfortunately i couldnt make a proper dough. The dough was very sticky and even on adding more flour..the consistency dint improve.

I tried to make it without spices (any masalas) and only plain just for a trial but roti wasn't very soft as it looks in your video though you added all masala so can see any reason why my rotis were not soft as yours! I am in Canada and always buy a best quality bajra flour from a Gujarati guy who fresh atta in his factory here in Toronto. I appreciate very much your feedback. Thanks. Zahira Kutchhi

Pcod can be cured with natural foods without medicine.
Do Surya namaskar avoid wheat and rice.
People having Thyroid cannot eat Bajra, but can enjoy other flours like Jowar, Ragi etc... I am suffering from Hypothyroid , my Doctor advised me all this.
