Leftover Beetroot Curry - 250gms
Cornflour - 1 cup
Salt - as required
Egg - 1 medium size
Rolled Oats - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Leftover Beetroot Curry
Beetroot - 200gms
Moong Dal - 50gm
Onion - 1
Green Chillies - 2
Curry leaves - 1 string
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - as required

    मैंने कुछ महीनों पहले अपने बर्तन में खाना बनाया था पर सही से सफाई ना होने के कारण बर्तन फिर से प्रयोग नहीं कर पाया !! अब क्या मुझे उसे फिर से सीजन करना पड़ेगा और क्या ऐसे ही सफाई कर के यूज़ कर सकता हूँ ??

    I’m going to make a clay drinking pot! Native Americans used to use them in the southwest to keep their water cool as well. It’s truly brilliant and so healthy.

    Hi thanks for the tips. But I read somewhere that we should not wash iron kadhai with soap as it will remove the seasoning. Instead we should use salt and water. Would that work?

      As we are seasoning the kadai after every wash it wont turn rusty. I have always been using this method, never tried salt and water though...
